Non-destructive testing of steel tubes - Part 6: Automatic full peripheral ultrasonic testing of seamless steel tubes for the detection of transverse imperfections

This Part of EN 10246 specifies the requirements for automatic ultrasonic shear wave testing of seamless steel tubes for the detection of transverse imperfections. The standard specifies acceptance levels and calibration procedures. This Part of EN 10246 is applicable to the inspection of tubes with an outside diameter equal to or greater than 10 mm. European Standard EN 10246 "Non-destructive testing of steel tubes" comprises the Parts shown in Annex A.

Dieser Teil der EN 10246 legt die Anforderungen an die automatische Ultraschallprüfung mit Winkeleinschallung nahtloser Rohre zum Nachweis von Querfehlern fest. Die Norm enthält Festlegungen über Zulässigkeitsklassen und die Einstellung der Prüfanlagen. Dieser Teil der EN 10246 ist anwendbar für die Prüfung von Rohren mit einem Außendurchmesser ab 10 mm. Die Europäische Norm EN 10246 "Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung von Stahlrohren" besteht aus den in Anhang A angeg ebenen Teilen.

Essais non destructifs des tubes en acier - Partie 6: contrôle automatique par ultrasons sur toute la circonférence des tubes pour la détection des imperfections transversales des tubes en acier sans soudure

La présente partie de l'EN 10246 spécifie les prescriptions relatives au contrôle automatique par ultrasons, avec ondes de cisaillement, sur toute la surface des tubes sans soudure pour la détection d'imperfections transversales. La norme spécifie des niveaux de sévérité et des procédures d'étalonnage. Elle s'applique au contrôle de tubes dont le diametre extérieur est égal ou supérieur a 10 mm. Les parties de la norme européenne EN 10246 "Essais non destructifs des tubes en acier" sont données en annexe A.
