Transportable gas cylinders - Conditions for filling gases into receptacles - Single component gases

This European Standard specifies the general requirements (such as charging pressure, filling factor, etc) for filling single gas cylinders and manifold gas cylinders (bundles) with single component gases. This standard excludes the specific requirements for filling acetylene. Cryogenic gases are excluded.

Diese Europäische Norm legt allgemeine Anforderungen (wie Füllungsgrad usw.) für das Befüllen von Gefäßen und miteinander verbundenen Gasflaschen (Bündel), Großflaschen und Fässern mit einzelnen Gasen fest.
Die Norm gilt nicht für die besonderen Anforderungen zum Füllen von Acetylen-Flaschen; tiefkalte Gase sind ebenfalls ausgeschlossen.
Für die Anforderungen zum Füllen mit Gasgemischen sollte prEN 13099 beachtet werden.
Diese Norm gilt in erster Linie für andere Industriegase als Flüssiggas (LPG), sie kann aber auch für Flüssiggas angewendet werden. Für besondere Flaschen für Flüssiggas (LPG) sollte jedoch EN 1439 "Ortsveränderliche, wiederbefüllbare Flaschen aus geschweißten Stahl für Flüssiggas-Kontrollverfahren vor, während und nach dem Füllen" beachtet werden, die vom CEN/TC 286 "Flüssiggas-Geräte und Ausrüstungsteile" erarbeitet wurde.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences générales de remplissage (telles que la pression, le taux de remplissage, etc.) des récipients contenant des gaz purs, tubes et fûts ou bouteilles à gaz en batteries reliées entre elles par une rampe, avec des gaz à composant unique.
La présente norme exclut les exigences spécifiques de remplissage des bouteilles d'acétylène ainsi que les gaz cryogéniques.
Il convient de consulter l'EN 13099 pour les exigences de remplissage s'appliquant aux mélanges de gaz.
La présente norme concerne principalement des gaz industriels autres que le GPL, mais elle peut aussi s'appliquer au GPL. Cependant, pour les bouteilles dédiées au GPL, il convient de consulter l'EN 1439, Bouteilles en acier soudé transportables et rechargeables pour gaz de pétrole liquéfié (GPL) - Procédures de vérification avant, pendant et après le remplissage, préparée par le CEN/TC 286 - Équipements pour gaz de pétrole liquéfié et leurs accessoires.
