Video surveillance systems for use in security applications - Part 2-31: Live streaming and control based on web services
This Standard defines procedures for communication between network video clients and video transmitter devices. This new set of specifications makes it possible to build network video systems with devices and receivers from different manufacturers using common and well-defined interfaces. These interfaces cover functions such as media and imaging configuration, real-time streaming of audio and video, pan, tilt and zoom (PTZ) control as well as analytics. The management and control interfaces defined in this document are described as web services. Annex F contains XML schema and Web Service Description Language (WSDL) definitions for the introduced network services.

l'IEC 62676-2-3:2019 définit les procédures de communication entre les clients vidéo en réseau et les dispositifs de transmission vidéo. Ce nouvel ensemble de spécifications permet de concevoir des systèmes vidéo en réseau avec des dispositifs et des récepteurs de différents fabricants utilisant des interfaces communes et bien définies. Ces interfaces couvrent des fonctions telles que la configuration multimédia et d'imagerie, la transmission en continu en temps réel de contenu audio et vidéo, le contrôle panoramique, inclinaison et zoom (PTZ – Pan, Tilt and Zoom) et l'analyse.
Les interfaces de gestion et de contrôle définies dans le présent document sont décrites sous forme de services Web. L'Annexe F contient les définitions du schéma XML et du langage de description de services web (WSDL – Web Service Description Language) pour les services de réseaux présentés.
Cette première édition, conjointement avec l'IEC 60839-11-31 et l'IEC 62676-2-32, annule et remplace l'IEC 62676-2-3:2013. Cette édition inclut les modifications techniques majeures suivantes par rapport à l'IEC 62676-2-3:2013:
a) ajout du service Media2;
b) méthodes supplémentaires applicables au service d'imagerie;
c) suppression des méthodes de duplication du service ES de dispositive;
d) retrait définitif du service de dispositif d'analyse et du service d'affichage.

Ta standard določa postopke za komunikacijo med omrežnimi video odjemalci in video oddajnimi napravami. Ta nov nabor specifikacij omogoča izgradnjo omrežnih video sistemov z napravami in sprejemniki različnih proizvajalcev, ki uporabljajo skupne in dobro opredeljene vmesnike. Ti vmesniki zajemajo funkcije, kot so konfiguracija medijev in slik, sprotno pretakanje zvoka in videa, nadzor premikanja, nagiba in povečave (PTZ), pa tudi analitika. Upravljalni in nadzorni vmesniki, opredeljeni v tem dokumentu, so opisani kot spletne storitve. Dodatek F vsebuje shemo XML in definicije jezika za opis storitev (WSDL) za predstavljene omrežne storitve.
