EN 15947-2:2010 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 15947-2:2010) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 212 “Pyrotechnic articles”, the secretariat of which is held by NEN. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by March 2011. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights. EN 15947-2:2010 (E) 4 1 Scope This European Standard establishes a system for dividing fireworks into categories and types. It is applicable to fireworks in categories 1, 2 and 3. 2 Normative references The following referenced documents are indispensable for the application of this document. The following questions in Table 1 shall be answered in the order given. To fall into category 1, an article shall have a negative answer to all the questions. If one answer is "Yes" the article does not fall into category 1. NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN 15947-2 (sl), Pirotehnični izdelki – Ognjemetni izdelki, kategorije 1, 2 in 3 – 2. del:
Kategorije in vrste ognjemetnih izdelkov, 2010-11, ima status slovenskega standarda in je istoveten
evropskemu standardu EN 15947-2 (en), 2010-09.
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Izdelava, uporaba in drug promet ter tehnične in varnostne lastnosti ognjemetnih izdelkov morajo biti
zaradi varovanja življenja in zdravja ljudi, premoženja ter zagotavljanja varstva okolja in javnega reda
predmet posebne ureditve, ki določa pogoje, ki jih morajo izpolnjevati fizične in pravne osebe za varno
opravljanje različnega prometa z njimi. Organom, pristojnim za nadzor nad izpolnjevanjem teh
pogojev, morajo biti dani tudi predpisi oziroma splošno priznana tehnična pravila, da lahko o tem
odločajo v upravnih ali drugih oblastnih postopkih. Zato so lahko izrazi, definicije in določbe EU
harmoniziranih standardov SIST EN 15947 del slovenske pravne ureditve na tem področju samo, če
so v slovenskem jeziku. Enako velja za ureditev glede nadzora trga s temi izdelki po predpisih EU, ki
ga izvajajo tudi pristojni slovenski organi, in kjer je prav tako potrebno ugotavljanje dejanskega stanja
ter sprejemanje zakonitih, kakovostnih in učinkovitih ukrepov na isti podlagi.
Evropski standard EN 15947-2:2010 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za standardizacijo
CEN/TC 212 Pirotehnični izdelki, katerega sekretariat je v pristojnosti NEN.
Slovenski standard SIST EN 15947-2:2010 je prevod evropskega standarda EN 15947-2:2010. V
primeru spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski
standard v angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravila posebna delovna skupina za
eksplozive in pirotehnične izdelke pod okriljem Strokovnega sveta SIST za splošno področje.

Uvod
Ta dokument (EN 15947-2:2010) je pripravil tehnični odbor CEN/TC 212 Pirotehnični izdelki. Odbor
deluje v sekretariatu NEN.
Ta evropski standard mora dobiti status nacionalnega standarda z objavo istovetnega besedila ali z
razglasitvijo najpozneje do marca 2011, nacionalne standarde, ki so v nasprotju s tem standardom, pa
je treba umakniti najpozneje do marca 2011.
Opozoriti je treba na možnost, da so lahko nekateri elementi tega standarda predmet patentnih pravic.
CEN (in/ali CENELEC) ne prevzemata odgovornosti za identifikacijo katerihkoli ali vseh takih
patentnih pravic.
Ta dokument nadomešča EN 14035-2:2003.
Ta dokument je pripravljen na podlagi pooblastila, ki ga je CEN dobil od Evropske komisije in
