Paints and varnishes - Drying tests - Part 3: Surface-drying test using ballotini (ISO 9117-3:2010)

ISO 9117-3:2010 specifies a test method for determining the surface-drying characteristics of a coating of a paint or varnish which dries by the action of air or by chemical reaction of its components.
The method is not intended to apply to stoving products.
The method described may be carried out: as a "go/no go" test, by determining the surface-drying state after a specified time, to assess compliance with a particular requirement; by determining the surface-drying state at suitable intervals until the surface-drying time is obtained.

Dieser Teil von EN ISO 9117 legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Merkmale für die Oberflächentrocknung von Beschichtungen aus Lacken oder Anstrichstoffen, die an der Luft oder durch chemische Reaktion ihrer Bestandteile trocknen, fest.
Das Verfahren ist nicht für wärmehärtende Produkte geeignet.
Das beschriebene Verfahren kann durchgeführt werden
-   entweder als ja/nein-Prüfung, indem der Oberflächentrocknungszustand nach einer festgelegten Zeit bestimmt wird, um Übereinstimmung mit einer bestimmten Anforderung festzustellen,
-               oder durch Bestimmung des Oberflächentrocknungszustandes in geeigneten Zeitabständen, bis die Oberflächentrocknungszeit erreicht ist.

L'ISO 9117-3:2010 spécifie une méthode d'essai pour la détermination des caractéristiques de séchage en surface d'un revêtement de peinture ou de vernis qui sèche sous l'action de l'air ou par réaction chimique de ses composants.
La méthode ne s'applique pas aux produits séchés au four.
La méthode décrite peut être mise en œuvre
soit comme un essai «tout ou rien», en déterminant l'état de séchage en surface après une durée spécifiée, pour évaluer la conformité à une exigence particulière,
soit en déterminant l'état de séchage en surface à des intervalles de temps appropriés jusqu'à ce que la durée de séchage en surface soit obtenue.

Ta del ISO 9117 določa preskusno metodo za ugotavljanje značilnosti površinskega sušenja premaza barve ali laka s sušenjem na zraku ali s kemično reakcijo njegovih komponent. Metoda ne velja za proizvode, ki se sušijo v peči. Opisana metoda se lahko izvaja: - kot preskus »uspešno/neuspešno« z ugotavljanjem stanja površinskega sušenja po določenem času za ocenjevanje skladnosti z določeno zahtevo; - z ugotavljanjem stanja površinskega sušenja po primernih intervalih, dokler se ne ugotovi čas površinskega sušenja.
