Glass in building - Determination of bending strength of glass - Part 2: Coaxial double ring test on flat specimens with large test surface areas

This standard specifies a method for determining the bending strength of glass for use in buildings, excluding the effects of the edges. The limitations of this standard are described in prEN 1288-1. prEN 1288-1 should be read in conjunction with this standard.

Diese Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Biegefestigkeit von Glas im Bauwesen unter Ausschluß von Kanteneinflüssen fest. Die Grenzen der Anwendbarkeit dieser Norm sind in prEN 1288-1 beschrieben. prEN 1288-1 sollte in Verbindung mit diese Norm gelesen werden.

La présente norme donne une méthode de détermination de la résistance a la flexion du verre utilisé dans le bâtiment, en excluant les effets de bord. Les limitations de la présente norme sont décrites dans le prEN 1288-1. Il convient de lire le prEN 1288-1 conjointement avec la présente norme.
