Space product assurance - Storage, handling and transportation of spacecraft hardware

The standard specifies requirements to ensure safe handling, storage, transportation of space segment hardware, including associated items to avoid degradation from integration up to launch.
The standard is applicable to: Space systems, Space segments, Assembled Spacecraft, Space segment elements, Spacecraft Modules, space segment subsystems, space segment equipment, partly manufactured space segment equipment. Intended programs are all space programs and target users all space hardware suppliers and customers.
The standard does not cover obsolescence management issues.
This standard may be tailored for the specific characteristic and constrains of a space project in conformance with ECSS-S-ST-00.
NOTE    This standard is applicable to GSE, when mentioned in the different clauses of this standard.

Zagotavljanje varnih proizvodov v vesoljski tehniki - Skladiščenje, ravnanje in transport strojne opreme vesoljskih plovil

Standard določa zahteve za zagotavljanje varnega ravnanja, skladiščenja in transporta strojne opreme vesoljskih plovil, vključno s povezanimi elementi, za preprečevanje degradacije od integracije do izstrelitve. Standard se uporablja za: vesoljske sisteme, vesoljske segmente, sestavljena vesoljska plovila, elemente vesoljskih segmentov, module vesoljskih plovil, podsisteme vesoljskih segmentov, opremo vesoljskih segmentov, delno izdelano opremo vesoljskih segmentov. Predvideni programi so vsi vesoljski programi, ciljni uporabniki pa vsi dobavitelji in naročniki vesoljske strojne opreme.  Standard ne zajema težav z upravljanjem zastaranja. Ta standard je mogoče prilagoditi posebnim lastnostim in omejitvam vesoljskega projekta v skladu s standardom ECSS-S-ST-00. OPOMBA: Ta standard se uporablja za podporno opremo na tleh (GSE), omenjeno v različnih točkah tega standarda.
