This standard specifies a test method for taking representative specimens, extraction of phthalates from the
material and determination of phthalates by gas chromatography mass spectrometry.
This standard applies to textiles articles, where there is a possibility of the presence of some phthalates.

Phthalaten aus dem Material und für die Bestimmung von Phthalaten durch Gaschromatografie-Massenspektrometrie

Diese Norm gilt für textile Erzeugnisse, bei denen eine Möglichkeit für das Vorhandensein einiger Phthalate
besteht.

La présente norme spécifie une méthode d’essai permettant le prélèvement d’éprouvettes représentatives,
l’extraction des phtalates du matériau et leur dosage par chromatographie en phase gazeuse et spectrométrie
de masse.
Elle s’applique aux articles textiles susceptibles de contenir certains phtalates.
