Safety of woodworking machines - Circular sawing machines - Part 15: Multi-blade cross-cut sawing machines with integrated feed of the workpiece and manual loading and/or unloading
This European Standard specifies all requirements and/or measures to reduce the hazards and limit the risks on multi-blade cross-cut sawing machines (with minimum two saw unit) with integrated feed of the work-piece and manual loading and/or unloading fitted with a saw blade drive motor for each saw unit, hereinafter referred to as "machines", designed to cut solid wood, chipboard, fibreboard, plywood and also these materials where they are covered with plastic edging and/or plastic/light alloy laminates, when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer including reasonably foreseeable misuse.
This document deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events which are relevant to these machines as stated in Clause 4. It does not deal with any hazards relating to the mechanical loading and/or unloading of the work-piece or which result from the combination of the machine with any other.
This document does not cover machines designed for climb cutting (see 3.2.10).
The requirements of this document apply to all machines whatever their method of control e.g. electromechanical and/or electronic and/or pneumatic.
This document is not applicable to multi-blade cross-cut sawing machines with integrated feed of the work-piece and manual loading and/or unloading which are manufactured before the date of its publication as EN.
NOTE Machines covered by this document are listed under 1.3 of Annex IV of the Machinery Directive.
Sicherheit von Holzbearbeitungsmaschinen - Kreissägemaschinen - Teil 15: Mehrfachablängkreissägemaschinen mit mechanischem Vorschub für das Werkstück und Handbeschickung und/oder Handentnahme
Diese Europäische Norm spezifiziert alle Anforderungen und/oder Maßnahmen für die Reduzierung von Gefährdungen und zur Begrenzung der Risiken an Mehrfachablängkreissägemaschinen (mit mindestens zwei Sägeaggregaten) mit mechanischem Vorschub für das Werkstück und Handbeschickung und/oder Handentnahme, die mit einem Sägeblatt-Antriebsmotor für jedes Sägeaggregat ausgerüstet sind - im Folgenden als "Maschinen" bezeichnet -, die konstruiert sind zum Schneiden von Massivholz, Spanplatten, Faserplatten, Sperrholz, sowie diesen Werkstoffen, wenn sie mit Kunststoffkanten versehen und/oder kunststoff-/aluminium-beschichtet sind, wenn sie entsprechend den vom Hersteller vorgesehen Bedingungen einschließlich vernünftigerweise vorhersehbarer Fehlanwendung verwendet werden. Dieses Dokument behandelt alle im Abschnitt 4 aufgeführten signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungs-situationen und Gefährdungsereignisse, die für diese Maschine zutreffen. Sie behandelt nicht jegliche Gefährdungen, die durch das mechanische Zu- und/oder Abführen des Werkstücks oder infolge einer Verkettung der Maschine mit irgendeiner anderen entstehen. Dieses Dokument ist nicht anwendbar auf Maschinen, die zum Gleichlauf-Schneiden bestimmt sind (siehe 3.2.10). Die Anforderungen in diesem Dokument gelten für alle Maschinen unabhängig von der Art ihrer Steuerung z. B. elektromechanisch und/oder elektronisch und/oder pneumatisch. Dieses Dokument gilt nicht für Mehrfachablängkreissägemaschinen mit mechanischem Vorschub für das Werkstück und Handbeschickung und/oder Handentnahme, die vor dem Ausgabedatum dieser EN hergestellt wurden. ANMERKUNG Die in diesem Dokument behandelten Maschinen sind unter 1.3 von Anhang IV der Maschinenrichtlinie enthalten.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie toutes les prescriptions et/ou les mesures pour réduire les phénomènes dangereux et limiter les risques sur les machines à scier multi-lames (avec au minimum deux lames de scie) pour tronçonnage à avance mécanisée de la pièce et chargement et/ou déchargement manuels équipées d'un moteur d'entraînement de la lame de scie pour chaque unité de sciage, ci-après désignées "machines", conçues pour la coupe de bois massif, de panneaux de particules, de panneaux de fibres, de contreplaqué, ainsi que ces matériaux lorsqu'ils sont recouverts de matière plastique et/ou de plastique/alliages légers stratifiés, lorsqu’elles sont utilisées comme prévu et dans les conditions prévues par le fabricant, incluant une mauvaise utilisation raisonnablement prévisible.
Le présent document traite de tous les phénomènes dangereux, situations et évènements dangereux significatifs qui sont applicables à ces machines comme indiqué à l'Article 4. Il ne traite pas des phénomènes dangereux relatifs au chargement et/ou au déchargement mécanisé de la pièce ou qui résultent de l'association de la machine avec d'autres machines.
Le présent document ne traite pas des machines destinées à la coupe en avalant (voir 3.2.10).
Les prescriptions du présent document s'appliquent à toutes les machines, quel que soit leur méthode de commande, par exemple électromécanique et/ou électronique et/ou pneumatique.
Le présent document n’est pas applicable aux machines à scier multi-lames pour tronçonnage à avance mécanisée de la pièce et chargement et/ou déchargement manuels qui ont été fabriquées avant sa date de publication comme EN.
NOTE Les machines couvertes par le présent document sont énumérées dans la Directive Machines, Annexe IV 1.3.

Ta evropski standard določa vse zahteve in/ali ukrepe za zmanjšanje tveganj ter omejuje tveganje pri večlistnih krožnih žagah za prečni rez (z najmanj dvema rezalnima enotama) z mehanskim pomikom obdelovanca in ročnim podajanjem in/ali odvzemom, opremljene s pogonskim motorjem za vsako rezalno enoto, v nadaljnjem besedilu »stroji«, ki so namenjene za rezanje polnega lesa, ivernih plošč, vlaknenih plošč, vezanih plošč in teh materialov, prevlečenih s plastično obrobo in/ali plastjo iz plastike/lahkih zlitin, ter se uporabljajo v skladu z namenom in pod pogoji, ki jih je predvidel proizvajalec, vključno z razumno predvideno nepravilno uporabo. Ta dokument opisuje vsa večja tveganja, nevarne situacije in dogodke, ki se nanašajo na te stroje, kot je navedeno v točki 4. Ne opisuje nobenih tveganj, ki se nanašajo na mehansko podajanje in/ali odvzem obdelovancev ali izhajajo iz uporabe stroja z drugim strojem. Ta dokument ne pokriva strojev, namenjenih za rezanje navzgor (glejte 3.2.10).
