Gas cylinders - Cylinder valves with integrated pressure regulators - Specification and type testing (ISO 22435:2007)

ISO 22435:2007 applies to cylinder valves with integrated pressure regulators (VIPR) intended to be fitted to gas cylinders that convey compressed, liquefied or dissolved gases.

Gasflaschen - Druckminderer in Flaschenventilen - Allgemeine Anforderungen und Baumusterprüfung (ISO 22435:2007)

Diese Internationale Norm gilt für Flaschenventile mit integriertem Druckminderer (im Folgenden VIPR – Valve with Integrated Pressure Regulator - genannt), die für den Einbau in Gasflaschen für verdichtete, verflüssigte oder gelöste Gase vorgesehen sind.
Diese Internationale Norm gilt nicht für Anwendungen im medizinischen Bereich (siehe ISO 10524 3). Zusätzliche besondere Anforderungen an Ventile, die mit Sicherheitsventilen und Berstscheiben ausgestattet sind (siehe EN 14513), und an Ventile mit Restdruckventilen (siehe ISO 15996) werden in dieser Internationalen Norm nicht behandelt.

L'ISO 22435:2007 s'applique aux robinets de bouteilles à détendeurs intégrés (VIPR) destinés à être montés sur des bouteilles à gaz transportant des gaz comprimés, liquéfiés ou dissous.

Ta mednarodni standard se uporablja za ventile za jeklenke z vgrajenim regulatorjem tlaka (VIPR), ki so namenjeni vgradnji v plinske jeklenke, ki prenašajo stisnjene, utekočinjene ali raztopljene pline. Ta mednarodni standard ni namenjen uporabi v medicinske namene (glej ISO 10524-3). Poleg tega ta mednarodni standard ne zajema dodatnih posebnih zahtev za ventile, opremljene z varnostnimi ventili in razpočnimi ploščami (glej EN 14513), ter za ventile, opremljene s preostalimi tlačnimi ventili (glej ISO 15996).

This document (EN ISO 22435:2007) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 58 "Gas cylinders"
in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 23 "Transportable gas cylinders", the secretariat of which
is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by March 2008, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at
the latest by March 2008.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following
countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech
