Electronic fee collection - Evaluation of on-board and roadside equipment for conformity to ISO/TS 13141 - Part 1: Test suite structure and test purposes (ISO/TS 13140-1:2011)

ISO/TS 13140-1:2011 specifies the test suite structure (TSS) and test purposes (TP) to evaluate the conformity of on board units (OBU) and roadside equipment (RSE) to ISO/TS 13141. It provides a basis for conformance tests for dedicated short range communication (DSRC) equipment (on board units and roadside units) to enable interoperability between different equipment supplied by different manufacturers.

Ta del ISO/TS 13140 določa zgradbo preskuševalnega niza (TSS) in namena preskušanja (TP) za ugotavljanje skladnosti enot v vozilu (OBU) in obcestni napravi (RSE) z ISO/TS 13141:2010. Zagotavlja podlago za preskuse skladnosti za namensko komunikacijsko opremo kratkega dosega (DSRC) (enote na krovih ladij in obcestne enote) za zagotavljanje interoperabilnosti med različno opremo, ki jo dostavljajo različni proizvajalci.

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 18 October 2010 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to submit their
comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS available
promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in parallel to the CEN/TS)
until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
