Electronic fee collection - Evaluation of on-board and roadside equipment for conformity to ISO 13141 - Part 1: Test suite structure and test purposes (ISO 13140-1:2016)

ISO 13140-1:2016 specifies the test suite structure (TSS) and test purposes (TP) to evaluate the conformity of on-board units (OBU) and roadside equipment (RSE) to ISO 13141.
It provides a basis for conformance tests for dedicated short-range communication (DSRC) equipment (on-board units and roadside units) to enable interoperability between different equipment supplied by different manufacturers.

L'ISO 13140-1:2016 spécifie la structure de la suite d'essais (TSS, Test Suite Structure) et les intentions d'essai (TP, Test Purposes) visant à évaluer la conformité des unités embarquées (OBU) ainsi que des équipements d'infrastructures routières (RSE) par rapport à l'ISO 13141.
Elle constitue une base pour les essais de conformité relatifs aux équipements de communication dédiée à courte portée (DSRC) (les unités embarquées et les unités d'infrastructures routières) afin de permettre l'interopérabilité entre les différents équipements fournis par les différents constructeurs.

Zagotavlja podlago za preskuse skladnosti za namensko komunikacijsko opremo kratkega dosega (DSRC) (oprema v vozilu in obcestnih napravah) za zagotavljanje interoperabilnosti različne opreme različnih proizvajalcev.

This document (EN ISO 13140-1:2016) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 204
“Intelligent transport systems” in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 278 “Intelligent
transport systems” the secretariat of which is held by NEN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by June 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by June 2017.
