EN 474-4:1996

Earth-moving machinery - Safety - Part 4: Requirements for backhoe loaders

This standard specifies additional requirements and/or exceptions from EN 474-1:1994 'Earth-moving machinery - Safety - Part 1: General requirements'.   This standard applies to wheel and crawler backhoe loaders defined in ISO/DIS 6165:1994, and gives additional requirements for attachments and for derivated machinery.   This standard applies for crawler backhoe loaders as defined in 3.2.1 and figure C.2.   This standard deals with the significant hazards pertinent to backhoe loaders when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see Annex B of this standard and Annex C of EN 474-1:1994).

Diese Norm beschreibt zusätzliche Anforderungen und/oder Abweichungen von EN 474-1 Erdbaumaschinen - Sicherheit - Allgemeine Anforderungen. Diese Norm gilt für Bagglader auf Rädern und Kettenlaufwerk, wie sie in ISO 6165 definiert sind, und beinhaltet zusätzliche Anforderungen für Arbeitsausrüstungen und für artverwandte Maschinen. Diese Norm gilt auch für Baggerlader auf Kettenlaufwerk, wie sie in 3.2.1 und Anhang C, Bild C.2, definiert sind.

La présente norme spécifie des exigences complémentaires et/ou des exceptions à l'EN 474-1: Engins de terrassement - Sécurité - Exigences générales. La présente norme s'applique aux chargeuses-pelleteuses sur roues et sur chenilles telles que définies dans l'ISO 6165, et fournit des exigences complémentaires pour les accessoires et pour les machines dérivées. La présente norme s'applique aussi aux chargeuses-pelleteuses sur chenilles telles que définies en 3.2.1 et dans l'annexe C, figure C.2.
