Paints and varnishes - Coating materials and coating systems for exterior masonry and concrete - Part 1: Classification

This European Standard specifies a general system for the description of coating materials and coating systems for the preservation, decoration and protection of exterior new and old, coated or uncoated masonry and concrete. It also includes a classification system based on certain physical properties.
This European Standard is applicable to all coating materials and coating systems for exterior masonry and concrete, including those for use in external thermal insulation systems.

Beschichtungsstoffe - Beschichtungsstoffe und Beschichtungssysteme für mineralische Substrate und Beton im Außenbereich - Teil 1: Einteilung

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein allgemeines System für die Beschreibung von Beschichtungsstoffen und Beschichtungssystemen für die Erhaltung, die Gestaltung und den Schutz von neuen und alten, beschichteten oder unbeschichteten mineralischen Substraten und Beton im Außenbereich fest. Sie enthält auch ein Einteilungs-system, das auf bestimmten physikalischen Eigenschaften beruht.
Diese Europäische Norm ist auf alle Beschichtungsstoffe und Beschichtungssysteme für mineralische Substrate und Beton anwendbar, einschließlich solcher, die zur Anwendung in Wärmedämm-Verbundsystemen vorgesehen sind.

La présente Norme européenne définit un système général de description des produits de peinture et des systèmes de revêtement pour la préservation, la décoration et la protection des supports en maçonnerie et en béton neufs ou anciens, nus ou déjà revêtus. Elle contient également un système de classification fondé sur certaines propriétés physiques.
La présente Norme européenne est applicable à tous les produits de peinture ou systèmes de revêtement pour maçonnerie et béton extérieurs, y compris ceux destinés à être utilisés dans des systèmes d'isolation thermique extérieure.
