Thermal insulating products for building applications - Determination of short term water absorption by partial immersion
This European Standard specifies the equipment and procedures for determining the short-term water absorption of test specimens by partial immersion. It is applicable to thermal insulating products.
NOTE It is intended to simulate the water absorption caused by a 24 h raining period during construction work.

Diese Europäische Norm legt Prüfeinrichtungen und Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Wasseraufnahme von Probekörpern bei kurzzeitigem teilweisem Eintauchen fest. Sie gilt für Wärmedämmstoffe.
ANMERKUNG Mit dem Verfahren kann die Wasseraufnahme simuliert werden, die bei einer 24stündigen Regenperiode während der Bauzeit auftritt.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie l'équipement et les modes opératoires permettant de déterminer l'absorption d'eau à court terme par des éprouvettes en immersion partielle. Elle s’applique aux produits isolants thermiques.
NOTE Elle est destinée à simuler l'absorption d'eau provoquée par une période de pluie de 24 h lors de travaux de construction.

Ta evropski standard določa opremo in postopke za ugotavljanje vpojnosti vode testnih vzorcev z delno potopitvijo po kratkotrajnem postopku. Uporablja se za toplotnoizolacijske proizvode.
