Safety of Industrial Trucks - Self-propelled trucks up to and including 10000 kg capacity and tractors with a drawbar pull up to and including 20000 N - Part 2: Additional requirements for trucks with elevating operator position and trucks specifically designed to travel with elevated loads

This European standard is applicable, in addition to EN 1726-1 to industrial trucks with vertical, non tilting mast. a) with an elevating operator position, as defined in 3.1.3.1.6 and 3.1.3.3 of ISO 5053:1987, where the elevating operator position and the load handling device lifts simultaneously to a height of more than 1200 mm above ground level and b) designed to travel indoors on smooth level and prepared surface with load handling device elevated more than 1200 mm above ground level as defined in 3.1.3.1.10 of ISO 5053:1987.

Diese Europäische Norm gilt zusätzlich zu EN 1726-1 für Flurförderzeuge mit vertikalem nicht neigbarem Hubgerüst a) mit hebbarem Fahrerplatz nach 3.1.3.1.6 und 3.1.3.3 von ISO 5053:1987, bei denen der hebbare Fahrerplatz und das Lastaufnahmemittel gleichzeitig mehr als 1200 mm über Boden angehoben werden kann und b) die zum Fahren in geschlossenen Räumen auf einem glatten und flächenfertigen Boden mit über 1200 mm über dem Boden angehobenem Lastaufnahmemittel gebaut sind nach 3.1.3.1.10 von ISO 5053:1987.

La présente norme européenne est applicable, en complément de l'EN 1726-1 aux chariots industriels avec mâts verticaux non inclinables. a) avec un poste de conduite élevable tel que défini en 3.1.3.1.6 et 3.1.3.3 de l'ISO 5053:1987 pour lesquels le poste de conduite élevable et le dispositif de manipulation de charge s'élève automatiquement jusqu'à une hauteur de levée à plus de 1200 mm au-dessus du sol et; b) conçus pour se déplacer à l'intérieur, sur des surfaces lisses et préparées avec le dispositif de manutention de charge élevée à plus de 1200 au-dessus du sol comme défini en 3.1.3.1.10 de l'ISO 5053:1987.
