Chemicals used for treatment of water intended for human consumption - Sodium hexafluorosilicate

This European Standard is applicable to sodium hexafluorosilicate used for treatment of water intended for human consumption. It describes the characteristics of sodium hexafluorosilicate and specifies the requirements and the corresponding test methods for sodium hexafluorosilicate. It gives information on its use in water treatment. It also determines the rules relating to safe handling and use of sodium hexafluorosilicate (see Annex B).

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für Natriumhexafluorsilikat zur Aufbereitung von Wasser für den menschlichen Gebrauch. Es beschreibt die Eigenschaften von Natriumhexafluorsilikat und legt die Anforderungen sowie die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren für Natriumhexafluorsilikat fest. Es enthält Angaben zu seiner Anwendung in der Wasseraufbereitung. Es legt darüber hinaus Regeln für die sichere Handhabung und Verwendung von Natriumhexafluorsilikat fest (siehe Anhang B).

La présente Norme européenne est applicable à l'hexafluorosilicate de sodium utilisé pour le traitement de l'eau destinée à la consommation humaine. Elle décrit les caractéristiques de l'hexafluorosilicate de sodium et spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d'essai correspondant à ce produit. Elle donne des informations pour son emploi dans le traitement de l'eau. Elle fixe également les règles relatives à la sécurité d’emploi et de manipulation de l’hexafluorosilicate de sodium (voir Annexe B).

Ta evropski standard obravnava natrijev heksafluorosilikat, ki se uporablja za pripravo pitne vode. Opisuje značilnosti natrijevega heksafluorosilikata ter določa zahteve in ustrezne preskusne metode zanj. Vsebuje informacije za uporabo heksafluorosilikata pri pripravi vode. Določa tudi pravila za varno ravnanje z natrijevim heksafluorosilikatom in njegovo uporabo.
