Non-destructive testing - Qualification and certification of NDT personnel (ISO 9712:2012)
This International Standard specifies requirements for principles for the qualification and certification of personnel who perform industrial non-destructive testing (NDT).
The system specified in this International Standard can also apply to other NDT methods or to new techniques within an established NDT method, provided a comprehensive scheme of certification exists and the method or technique is covered by International, regional or national standards or the new NDT method or technique has been demonstrated to be effective to the satisfaction of the certification body.
The certification covers proficiency in one or more of the following methods: a) acoustic emission testing; b) eddy current testing; c) infrared thermographic testing; d) leak testing (hydraulic pressure tests excluded); e) magnetic testing; f) penetrant testing; g) radiographic testing; h) strain gauge testing; i) ultrasonic testing; j) visual testing (direct unaided visual tests and visual tests carried out during the application of another NDT method are excluded).
Zerstörungsfreie Prüfung - Qualifizierung und Zertifizierung von Personal der zerstörungsfreien Prüfung (ISO 9712:2012)
Diese Internationale Norm legt die grundlegenden Anforderungen für die Qualifizierung und Zertifizierung von Personal, das industrielle zerstörungsfreie Prüfungen (ZfP) ausführt, fest.
ANMERKUNG 1 Der Begriff 'industriell' bedeutet den Ausschluss der Anwendung für das Gebiet der Medizin.
Das in dieser Internationalen Norm beschriebene System, kann auch auf andere ZfP-Verfahren oder neue Techniken innerhalb bestehender ZfP-Verfahren angewendet werden, wenn ein umfassendes Zertifizierungsprogramm existiert und das Verfahren oder die Technik durch internationale, regionale oder nationale Normen abgedeckt ist oder aber das neue ZfP-Verfahren oder die neue Technik zur Zufriedenheit der Zertifizierungsstelle als effektiv nachgewiesen werden konnte.
ANMERKUNG 2 CEN/TR 14748 [5] kann als Richtlinie genutzt werden.
Die Zertifizierung deckt die Befähigung in einem oder mehreren der folgenden Verfahren ab:
a) Schallemissionsprüfung;
b) Wirbelstromprüfung;
c) Infrarotthermografieprüfung;
d) Dichtheitsprüfung (ausgenommen Wasserdruckprüfung);
e) Magnetpulverprüfung;
f) Eindringprüfung;
g) Durchstrahlungsprüfung;
h) Dehnungsmessstreifenprüfung;
i) Ultraschallprüfung;
j) Sichtprüfung (ausgenommen direkte Sichtprüfungen ohne Hilfsmittel und Sichtprüfungen, die während der Anwendung eines anderen ZfP-Verfahrens durchgeführt werden).
ANMERKUNG 3 Diese Internationale Norm legt praktisch die Anforderungen für Konformitätsbewertungssysteme von unabhängigen Prüfstellen fest. Diese Anforderungen gelten nicht unmittelbar für die Konformitätsbewertung durch Lieferanten oder interne Stellen, aber auf zutreffende Abschnitte dieser internationalen Norm kann in solchen Begutachtungen verwiesen werden.
ANMERKUNG 4 Immer wenn geschlechtsspezifische Wörter wie 'seine', 'ihre', 'er' oder 'sie' in dieser Internationalen Norm erscheinen, gelten diese auch für das andere Geschlecht.
Essais non destructifs - Qualification et certification du personnel END (ISO 9712:2012)
L'ISO 9712:2012 spécifie des exigences pour les principes de qualification et de certification du personnel chargé d'effectuer des essais non destructifs (END) industriels.
Le système spécifié dans l'ISO 9712:2012 peut également s'appliquer à d'autres méthodes d'essais non destructifs, ou à de nouvelles techniques employées dans une méthode d'essai non destructif établie, à condition qu'un programme de certification complet existe et que la méthode ou technique soit couverte par des normes internationales, régionales ou nationales, ou que la méthode ou technique de contrôle non destructif ait démontré son efficacité de façon satisfaisante aux yeux de l'organisme de certification.
La certification couvre la compétence dans l'une ou plusieurs des méthodes suivantes: a) émission acoustique; b) courants de Foucault; c) thermographie infrarouge; d) étanchéité (les essais de pression hydrauliques étant exclus); e) magnétoscopie (contrôle par particules magnétiques et par flux de fuite); f) ressuage; g) radiographie; h) contrôle des contraintes résiduelles; i) ultrasons; j) examen visuel (à l'exclusion des examens visuels directs à l'?il nu et des examens visuels effectués dans l'application d'une autre méthode d'essai non destructif).
Neporušitvene preiskave - Kvalificiranje in certificiranje osebja za neporušitvene preiskave - Splošna načela (ISO 9712:2012)
Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za načela kvalificiranja in certificiranja osebja, ki izvaja industrijske neporušitvene preiskave (NDT). OPOMBA 1: Izraz »industrijski« pomeni, da je izključena uporaba na medicinskem področju. Sistem iz tega mednarodnega standarda se lahko uporablja tudi za druge metode neporušitvenih preiskav ali za nove tehnike v okviru uveljavljene metode neporušitvenih preiskav po shemi certificiranja in če je metoda ali tehnika opisana v mednarodnih, regionalnih ali nacionalnih standardih ali če se certifikacijskemu organu zadovoljivo dokaže učinkovitost novih metod ali tehnik neporušitvenih preiskav. OPOMBA 2: Standard CEN/TR 14748[5] je mogoče uporabiti kot navodilo. Certificiranje vključuje poznavanje uporabe ene ali več naslednjih metod:
a) preiskava z akustično emisijo;
b) preiskava z vrtinčnimi tokovi;
c) infrardeča termografska preiskava;
d) preiskava tesnosti (izključeni so hidravlični tlačni preskusi);
e) magnetna preiskava;
f) penetrantska preiskava;
g) radiografska preiskava;
h) preiskava z uporovnim merilnim lističem;
i) ultrazvočna preiskava;
j) vizualna preiskava (izključene so vizualne preiskave brez pripomočkov in vizualne preiskave, izvedene med uporabo drugih metod neporušitvenih preiskav). OPOMBA 3: Ta mednarodni standard določa zahteve za sheme za ugotavljanje skladnosti, ki ga izvajajo tretje osebe. Te zahteve se ne uporabljajo neposredno za ugotavljanje skladnosti, ki ga izvajajo druge ali prve osebe, mogoče pa se je v takih dogovorih sklicevati na ustrezne dele tega mednarodnega standarda. OPOMBA 4: Kadar se v tem mednarodnem standardu uporabljajo besede, značilne za en spol, kot so »njegov«, »njen«, »on« ali »ona«, je zajet tudi drugi spol.

This document (EN ISO 9712:2012) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 135 "Non-
destructive testing" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC 138 “Non-destructive testing” the
secretariat of which is held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by December 2012, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn
at the latest by December 2012.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 473:2008.

NACIONALNI UVOD
Standard SIST EN ISO 9712:2012 (sl), Neporušitvene preiskave – Kvalificiranje in certificiranje osebja
za neporušitvene preiskave – Splošna načela (ISO 9712:2012), ima status slovenskega standarda in
je istoveten evropskemu standardu EN ISO 9712:2012 (en), Non-destructive testing – Qualification
and certification of NDT personnel – General principles (ISO 9712:2012).
NACIONALNI PREDGOVOR
Evropski standard EN ISO 9712:2012 je pripravil tehnični odbor Evropskega komiteja za
standardizacijo CEN/TC 138 Neporušitvene preiskave, katerega sekretariat vodi AFNOR. Slovenski
standard SIST EN ISO 9712:2012 (sl) je prevod evropskega standarda EN ISO 9712:2012. V primeru
spora glede besedila slovenskega prevoda v tem standardu je odločilen izvirni evropski standard v
angleškem jeziku. Slovensko izdajo standarda je pripravil tehnični odbor SIST/TC PKG Preskušanje
kovinskih gradiv.
Odločitev za privzem tega standarda je 30. oktobra 2012 po pooblastilu Strokovnega sveta za splošno
področje SIST sprejel tehnični odbor SIST/TC PKG Preskušanje kovinskih gradiv.
ZVEZE S STANDARDI
S privzemom tega evropskega standarda veljajo za omejeni namen referenčnih standardov vsi
