Child care articles - Table mounted chairs - Safety requirements and test methods
This European Standard specifies safety requirements and the corresponding test methods for table mounted chairs, intended for children who are able to sit by themselves (approximately 6 months old) and up to 15 kg. This European Standard deals only with safety and does not purpose to establish particular designs or special construction methods for the table mounted chairs themselves.

Diese Europäische Norm legt sicherheitstechnische Anforderungen und die entsprechenden Prüfverfahren für Tischhängesitze fest, die für Kinder, die frei sitzen können (ungefähr ab einem Alter von ca. 6 Monaten) und bis zu einem Höchstgewicht von 15 kg, bestimmt sind. Der Zweck dieser Europäischen Norm ist es, die sicherheitsaspekten festzulegen und nicht spezielle Konstruktionen oder Bauverfahren vorzugeben.

La présente norme européenne traite exclusivement de la sécurité et n'a pas pour but de définir des types de conception particuliers ou des méthodes de construction spéciales pour les sièges de table proprement dits.
