Vitreous and porcelain enamels - Production of specimens for testing enamels on sheet steel, sheet aluminium and cast iron (ISO 28764:2008)

ISO 28764:2008 specifies a method for the production of specimens suitable for testing vitreous and porcelain enamel coatings.
It specifies two different specimens:
specimens taken from production articles;
specially produced specimens.

Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Herstellung von Proben fest, die für die Prüfung von
Emailschichten geeignet sind.
Sie legt zwei unterschiedliche Probenarten fest:
- Proben, entnommen von Gegenständen aus dem Herstellungsprozess;
- speziell angefertigte Proben.
ANMERKUNG Wenn der Masseverlust je Flächeneinheit der Emailschicht quantitativ zu bestimmen ist, können nur
speziell angefertigte Proben verwendet werden, weil durch Proben, die aus emaillierten Gegenständen entnommen
werden, die Genauigkeit des Prüfverfahrens verringert werden kann.

Émaux vitrifiés - Production d'éprouvettes pour l'essai des émaux sur la tôle d'acier, la tôle d'aluminium et la fonte (ISO 28764:2008)

L'ISO 28764:2008 spécifie une méthode de production d'échantillons appropriés aux essais des revêtements émaillés vitrifiés.
Elle distingue deux échantillons différents:
les échantillons prélevés sur un produit de série;
les échantillons fabriqués spécialement.

Ta mednarodni standard določa metodo za izdelavo vzorcev, primernih za preskušanje steklastih in porcelanskih emajlnih prevlek. Določa dvoje različnih vzorcev: - vzorci, vzeti iz proizvodnih izdelkov; - posebej izdelani vzorci.

The text of ISO 28764:2008 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 107 “Metallic and other
inorganic coatings” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as
EN ISO 28764:2011 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 262 “Metallic and other inorganic coatings” the
secretariat of which is held by BSI.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical
text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be
withdrawn at the latest by September 2011.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent
rights. CEN [and/or CENELEC] shall not be held responsible for identifying any or all such patent rights.
This document supersedes EN 15206:2007.
