ISO 9015-2:2003 specifies microhardness tests on transverse sections of welded joints of metallic materials with high hardness gradients. It covers Vickers hardness tests in accordance with ISO 6507-1, normally with test loads of 0,98 N to less than 49 N (HV 0,1 to less than HV 5).

Dieser Teil von ISO 9015 legt die Mikrohärteprüfungen an Querschliffen von Schweißverbindungen an metallischen Werkstoffen mit großen Härtegradienten fest. Er enthält Härteprüfungen nach Vickers nach ISO 6507-1 im Normalfall für Prüfkräfte von 0,98 N bis weniger als 49 N (HV 0,1 bis weniger als HV 5). ANMERKUNG Die Prüfung sollte so ausgeführt werden, dass die Bestimmung der Höchst- und/oder der Niedrigstwerte der Härte sowohl im Grundwerkstoff (im Falle von unterschiedlichen Metallen beider Grundwerkstoffe) als auch im Schweißgut sichergestellt ist. In diesem Teil von ISO 9015 sind Härteprüfungen von Schweißungen mit Belastungen von 49,03 N und darüber, die in ISO 9015-1 beschrieben werden, nicht enthalten. Dieser Teil von ISO 9015 ist nicht anwendbar für Härteprüfungen von sehr engen Schweißnähten, z. B. solche, die nach ISO 22826 üblicherweise mit Laser- und Elektronenstrahlschweißen erzeugt werden.

L'ISO 9015-2:2003 spécifie les essais de microdureté sur les sections transversales des assemblages soudés de matériaux métalliques à forts gradients de dureté. Elle concerne les essais de dureté Vickers conformément à l'ISO 6507-1, normalement sous des charges d'essai de 0,98 N à moins de 49,03 N (HV 0,1 à moins de HV 5).
Porušitveni preskusi zvarov na kovinskih materialih - Preskušanje trdote - 2. del: Preskušanje mikrotrdote zvarnih spojev (ISO 9015-2:2003)
Dokument določa preskušanje mikrotrdote na prečnih prerezih obločno varjenih spojev kovinskih materialov z visokimi gradienti trdote. Zajema preskušanje trdote po Vickersu v skladu z ISO 6507-1 in/ali ISO 6507-2, običajno s preskusnimi obremenitvami 0, 49 N do 98 N (HV 0, 1 do HV 5). Ne zajema preskusa trdote, kot je opisan v ISO 9015-1.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2011, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by September 2011.
