Hose fittings with clamp units - Part 1: Requirements, types of fixing and connection, designation and testing

This European Standard specifies requirements, types of fixing and connection, designation and testing for hose fittings with clamp units for hoses made of rubber/plastics or thermoplastics preferably for use with flammable and non flammable products. It contains requirements for hose fittings to ensure that, when used appropriately, the user or third persons are not exposed to hazards from fire, explosions or acid burns, for example from mineral oils or chemicals, and that the environment is protected from pollution and other detritus.
For maximum working pressure (WP) and temperature see 4.3.
WARNING - Before decoupling of the quick coupling connections according to Parts 6, 7 and 8, the assembly should be at atmospheric pressure.

Schlaucharmaturen mit Klemmfassungen - Teil 1: Anforderungen, Arten der Befestigung und Verbindung, Bezeichnung und Prüfung

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Anforderungen, Arten der Befestigung und Verbindung, Bezeichnung und Prüfung für Schlaucharmaturen mit Klemmfassungen für Schläuche aus Gummi/Kunststoff oder Thermoplast fest, die vorzugsweise für brennbare und nicht brennbare Produkte verwendet werden. Sie enthält Anforderungen an Schlaucharmaturen, um sicherzustellen, dass bei bestim¬mungsgemäßem Gebrauch Benutzer oder Dritte keinen Gefahren durch Brand, Explosionen oder Verätzungen, z. B. durch Mineralöle oder Chemikalien, ausgesetzt sind und die Umwelt vor Verunreinigungen und Beeinträchtigungen geschützt ist.
Höchst zulässige Arbeitsdrücke und -temperaturen siehe 4.3.
WARNUNG — Vor dem Entkuppeln der Schnellkupplungen nach den Teilen 6, 7 und 8 sollte die Leitung drucklos sein.

Raccords pour flexibles avec demi-coquille - Partie 1: Exigences, types de fixation et connexion, désignation et essais

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences, les types de fixation et de connexion, la désignation et les essais applicables aux raccords pour flexibles avec demi-coquille, fabriqués en caoutchouc/plastique ou de préférence en thermoplastique, destinés à être utilisés avec des produits inflammables ou ininflammables. Elle contient des exigences relatives aux raccords pour flexibles pour s'assurer que, lorsqu'ils sont utilisés correctement, ils n'exposent pas l'utilisateur ou des tierces personnes à des risques d'incendie, d'explosion ou de brûlure par acides, par exemple dus à des huiles minérales ou à des produits chimiques, et que l'environnement est protégé contre la pollution et autres effets préjudiciables.

AVERTISSEMENT — Il convient de dépressuriser l'assemblage à la pression atmosphérique avant de découpler les raccords rapides conformes aux Parties 6, 7 et 8.

Cevni fitingi z objemkami - 1. del: Zahteve, pregled, označevanje in preskušanje

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve za cevne fitinge z objemkami za cevi iz gume/polimerov ali plastomerov, po možnosti za uporabo z vnetljivimi in nevnetljivimi izdelki. Navaja zahteve za cevne fitinge, da se zagotovi, da uporabnik ali tretje osebe pri ustrezni uporabi niso izpostavljeni tveganjem za nastanek požara, eksplozijam ali kemičnim opeklinam, na primer zaradi mineralnih olj ali kemikalij, ter da je okolje zaščiteno pred onesnaženjem in drugo škodo. V tej seriji standardov je priporočena uporaba neazbestnih materialov pri tesnilih v cevnih fitingih. Za največji delovni tlak (WP) in temperaturo glej 4.3.
