Plastics - Poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) based profiles - Determination of the resistance to artificial weathering

This document specifies a method for exposing specimens made from poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) based profiles to xenon-arc radiation, in order to assess changes in characteristics.
It is applicable to PVC based profiles including those covered with foil, lacquered or coextruded.
NOTE The determination of changes in colour and variations of properties after exposure of PVC based profiles to xenon-arc radiation is described in an informative Annex A.

Dieses Dokument legt ein Verfahren zur Beanspruchung von Proben, die aus Profilen auf Basis von Polyvinylchlorid (PVC) hergestellt wurden, durch Xenonbogenstrahlung fest, mit dem Ziel, Veränderungen der Eigenschaften zu bewerten.
Es ist anwendbar auf Profile auf Basis von PVC, einschließlich folierter Profile und solcher, die lackiert oder koextrudiert sind.
ANMERKUNG   Die Bestimmung der Änderungen der Farbe und anderer Eigenschaften nach Beanspruchung von Profilen auf Basis von PVC durch Xenonbogenstrahlung ist in einem informativen Anhang A beschrieben.

Le présent document spécifie une méthode permettant d’exposer des éprouvettes prélevées sur des profilés en poly(chlorure de vinyle) (PVC) au rayonnement d’une lampe à arc au xénon, dans le but d’évaluer les variations de leurs caractéristiques.
Il est applicable aux profilés à base de PVC, y compris ceux recouverts d’un film, laqués ou coextrudés.
NOTE La détermination des changements de couleur et des variations des propriétés après l’exposition des profilés à base de PVC au rayonnement d’une lampe à arc au xénon est décrite dans une Annexe A informative.

Ta dokument določa metodo izpostavitve preskušancev iz profilov na osnovi polivinilklorida (PVC) ksenonskemu obločnemu sevanju za ocenitev sprememb lastnosti.
Uporablja se za profile na osnovi polivinilklorida, vključno s tistimi, ki so prekriti s folijo, lakirani ali koekstrudirani.
OPOMBA: Določanje sprememb barve in različic lastnosti po izpostavitvi profilov na osnovi polivinilklorida (PVC) ksenonskemu obločnemu sevanju je opisano v informativnem dodatku A.
