Natural stone test methods - Determination of geometric characteristics on units

This European standard describes methods for verifying the geometric characteristics of products of  natural stone such as blocks, rough slabs and finished products for cladding, flooring, stairs and tiles. These methods are to be applied in the case of a dispute between two parties, they are not compulsory for production control.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Verfahren für die Prüfung der Maße und anderer geometrischer Merkmale von Naturwerksteinen, wie Rohblöcke, Rohplatten und Fertigerzeugnisse für Wandbekleidungen, Bodenbeläge, Treppen und Fliesen fest. Diese Verfahren sind im Streitfall zwischen zwei Parteien anzuwenden, sie sind nicht für die Fertigungsprüfung vorgeschrieben.

Méthodes d'essai pour pierres naturelles - Détermination des dimensions et autres caractéristiques géométriques

Cette Norme européenne décrit les méthodes de vérification des caractéristiques géométriques des éléments en pierre naturelle tel que les blocs, les tranches brutes et les produits finis pour les revêtements muraux, de sol, d'escalier et les plaquettes modulaires. Ces méthodes s'appliquent en cas de contestation entre deux parties, elles ne sont pas obligatoires en contrôle de production, pour lequel des méthodes simplifiées s'appliquent à la condition que la corrélation avec les méthodes de cette norme puisse être démontrée.
