This European Standard specifies a high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the determination of sodium cyclamate and saccharin in liquid table top sweetener preparations. It also allows the determination of sorbic acid in liquid table top sweetener preparations. An interlaboratory test has been carried out with liquid table top sweetener preparation.

Diese Europäische Norm legt ein hochleistungs-flüssigkeitschromatographisches (HPLC) Verfahren zur Bestimmung von Natriumcyclamat, Saccharin wie auch Sorbinsäure in Flüssigtafelsüße fest. Ein Ringversuch wurde mit Flüssigtafelsüße durchgeführt.

La présente norme européenne spécifie une méthode par chromatographie liquide à haute performance (HPLC) permettant de déterminer le cyclamate de sodium, et la saccharine dans les édulcorants de table liquides. Elle permet aussi la détermintion de l'acide sorbique dans des édulcorants de table liquides. Un essai interlaboratoire a été mené sur des édulcorants de lable liquides.
