Materials and articles in contact with foodstuffs - Transport units for catering containers containing prepared foodstuffs - Thermal and hygienic requirements and testing

This European Standard specifies the thermal and hygienic requirements and test methods for transport units used for short-time transportation of catering containers. Foodstuffs are packaged in these catering containers, complying with EN 631-1, which are fitted with a cover (e.g. lid) to prevent spillage. This standard is applicable for local and short-time delivery, only.

Werkstoffe und Gegenstände in Kontakt mit Lebensmitteln - Transporteinheiten für fertige Speisen in Speisenbehältern - Thermische und hygienische Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren

Diese Europäische Norm legt die thermischen und hygienischen Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Transporteinheiten fest, die für den kurzzeitigen Transport von Speisenbehältern bestimmt sind. Lebensmittel werden in Speisenbehältern gemäß EN 631-1 vorbereitet, wobei diese mit einer Abdeckung (zB einem Deckel) zur Vermeidung des Verschüttens von Lebensmitteln versehen sind. Diese Norm ist nur für die örtliche und kurzzeitige Versorgung anwendbar.

La présente norme européenne spécifie les prescriptions thermiques et d'hygiène et les méthodes d'essai relatives aux conteneurs utilisés pour le transport de courte durée de bacs pour la cuisine et le transport de nourriture. Les aliments sont conditionnés dans ces bacs, conformes à l'EN 631-1, munis d'un élément protecteur (par exemple couvercle) pour éviter le débordement. La présente norme ne s'applique que pour la distribution locale et de courte durée.
