Resilient floor coverings - Polyvinyl chloride floor coverings for use in special wet areas - Specification

This European standard specifies the minimum additional characteristics which are necessary for:
- polyvinyl chloride floor coverings in roll form according to EN 649, and
- polyvinyl chloride floor coverings with foam backing in roll form to EN 651
to be installed satisfactorily in special wet areas to form a watertight installation with a long life. It specifies two categories (A and B) for use on different substrates.

Elastische Bodenbeläge - Polyvinylchlorid-Bodenbeläge zur Anwendung in besonderen Naßräumen - Spezifikation

Diese Europäische Norm legt ergänzende Mindesteigenschaften fest, die notwendig sind für:
¾ homogene und heterogene Polyvinylchlorid-Bodenbeläge ohne Rücken in Form von Rollen nach EN 649 und
¾ Polyvinylchlorid-Bodenbeläge mit einem Schaumrücken in Form von Rollen nach EN 651,
die sorgfältig zur Anwendung in besonderen Nassräumen installiert werden, um eine langandauernde, wasserdichte Installation zu formen. Die Norm legt zwei Klassen (A und B) zur Anwendung auf verschiedenem Untergrund fest.

La présente Norme Européenne fixe les caractéristiques minimales additionnelles nécessaires pour que :
¾ les revêtements de sol à base de polychlorure de vinyle sous forme de rouleaux conformes à l'EN 649 ; et
¾ les revêtements de sol à base de polychlorure de vinyle sous forme de rouleaux avec sous-couche en mousse conformes à l'EN 651
puissent être installés de manière satisfaisante dans les zones humides spéciales de façon à constituer des installations durables étanches à l'eau. Elle spécifie deux catégories (A et B) à utiliser sur différents supports.
