Soil improvers - Determination of specific parameters

This document provides an overview of relevant methods for the determination of specific parameters in solid soil improvers, including:
—   dry matter content;
—   nitrogen content;
—   P2O5 (phosphorus pentoxide) and K2O (potassium oxide) content;
—   chloride content;
—   copper and zinc content;
—   quantity.
This document is applicable to solid EU fertilizing products classified as PFC 3 and PFC 7 as long as the main function of the EU fertilizing product is classified as PFC 3 of Regulation (EU) 2019/1009 [1].

Bodenverbesserungsmittel - Bestimmung spezifischer Parameter

Dieses Dokument gibt einen Überblick über relevante Verfahren zur Bestimmung spezifischer Parameter von festen Bodenverbesserungsmitteln, darunter:
- Trockensubstanzgehalt;
- Stickstoffgehalt;
- Gehalt an P2O5 (Phosphorpentoxid) und K2O (Kaliumoxid);
- Gehalt an Chlorid;
- Gehalt an Kupfer und Zink;
- Menge.
Dieses Dokument ist anzuwenden für feste EU Düngeprodukte der Kategorien PFC 3 und PFC 7, vorausgesetzt, die Hauptfunktion des EU Düngeprodukts entspricht der Kategorie PFC 3 aus Verordnung (EU) 2019/1009 [1].

Ce document donne un aperçu des méthodes pertinentes pour la détermination de paramètres spécifiques dans les amendements du sol solides, notamment :
—   la teneur en matière sèche ;
—   la teneur en azote ;
—   la teneur en P2O5 (pentoxyde de phosphore) et K2O (oxyde de potassium);
—   la teneur en chlorure,
—   la teneur en cuivre et en zinc ;
—   la quantité.

Ta dokument vsebuje pregled ustreznih metod za določanje specifičnih parametrov v izboljševalcih tal, vključno s/z:
–   vsebnostjo suhe snovi;
–   vsebnostjo dušika;
–   vsebnostjo P2O5 in K2O;
–   vsebnostjo klorida, bakra in cinka;
–   količino.
Ta dokument se uporablja za trdna sredstva za gnojenje v EU, razvrščena kot PFC 3 in PFC 7, pod pogojem, da je glavno delovanje sredstva za gnojenje v EU razvrščeno kot PFC 3 v skladu z Uredbo (EU) 2019/1009 [2].

This Technical Specification (CEN/TS) was approved by CEN on 3 January 2022 for provisional application.

The period of validity of this CEN/TS is limited initially to three years. After two years the members of CEN will be requested to
submit their comments, particularly on the question whether the CEN/TS can be converted into a European Standard.

CEN members are required to announce the existence of this CEN/TS in the same way as for an EN and to make the CEN/TS
available promptly at national level in an appropriate form. It is permissible to keep conflicting national standards in force (in
parallel to the CEN/TS) until the final decision about the possible conversion of the CEN/TS into an EN is reached.
