Safety of toys - Part 14: Trampolines for domestic use
This European Standard specifies requirements and test methods for trampolines for domestic use, their access devices and their enclosures, intended for outdoor and/or indoor use above ground level by one person at a time.
The scope of this European Standard excludes:
- trampolines used as gymnastic equipment, covered by EN 13219;
- floating inflatable trampolines, covered by the EN 15649 series;
- trampolines used in public playgrounds;
- inclined mat trampolines;
- inflatable trampolines;
- fitness trampolines, including trampolines for medical use;
- trampolines with additional features, e.g. tents, basket ball hoop;
- trampolines for domestic use buried at ground level.
Sicherheit von Spielzeug - Teil 14: Trampoline für den häuslichen Gebrauch
Diese Europäische Norm legt Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für Trampoline für den häuslichen Gebrauch, ihre Einstiegshilfen und ihre Sicherheitsnetze fest, die für den Gebrauch im Freien und/oder im Innenbereich über Bodenniveau durch eine Person vorgesehen sind.
Vom Anwendungsbereich dieser Europäischen Norm ausgeschlossen sind:
- Trampoline zum Gebrauch als Turngeräte, enthalten in EN 13219;
- schwimmende aufblasbare Trampoline, enthalten in Normenreihe EN 15649;
- Trampoline zum Gebrauch auf öffentlichen Spielplätzen;
- Trampoline mit einstellbarer Neigung;
- aufblasbare Trampoline;
- Fitnesstrampoline, einschließlich Trampoline für medizinische Anwendungen;
- Trampoline mit zusätzlichen Merkmalen, z. B. Zelte, Basketball-Ring;
- ebenerdig eingegrabene Trampoline für den häuslichen Gebrauch.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences et les méthodes d’essai relatives aux trampolines à usage familial, leurs dispositifs d’accès et leurs enceintes, destinés à une utilisation intérieure et/ou extérieure au-dessus du niveau du sol par une seule personne à la fois.
Sont exclus du domaine d’application de la présente Norme européenne :
- les trampolines utilisés comme matériel de gymnastique, couverts par l’EN 13219 ;
- les trampolines gonflables flottants, couverts par la série de normes EN 15649 ;
- les trampolines utilisés dans les aires de jeux ;
- les trampolines à tapis incliné ;
- les trampolines gonflables ;
- les trampolines de fitness, y compris les trampolines à usage médical ;
- les trampolines dotés d’autres fonctions, par exemple avec tentes ou panier de basket ;
- les trampolines à usage familial enterrés au niveau du sol.

Ta evropski standard določa zahteve in preskusne metode za trampoline za domačo uporabo, njihove mehanizme za dostop in njihove ograde, ki so namenjeni zunanji in/ali notranji uporabi nad tlemi in jih lahko uporablja samo ena oseba naenkrat.
Področje uporabe tega evropskega standarda ne zajema:
– trampolinov, ki se uporabljajo kot gimnastična oprema in so zajeti v standardu EN 13219;
– napihljivih plavajočih trampolinov, ki so zajeti v standardih EN 15649;
– trampolinov, ki se uporabljajo na javnih igriščih;
– trampolinov z nagnjeno površino;
– napihljivih trampolinov;
– fitnes trampolinov, vključno s trampolini za medicinsko uporabo;
– trampolinov z dodatnimi elementi, npr. šotori, košarkarskim košem;
– trampolinov za domačo uporabo za talno vgradnjo.
