District heating pipes - Pre-insulated flexible pipe systems - Part 4: Bonded system with metal service pipes; requirements and test methods

This European Standard provides requirements and test methods for flexible, pre-insulated, directly buried district heating pipe assemblies with metallic service pipes and bonding between the layers of the pipes and thermal insulation materials of polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam. Casing pipe shall be made from polyethylene.
This European Standard is valid for maximum operating temperatures up to 140 °C and pressures up to 25 bar for a design lifetime of at least 30 years.
NOTE   For higher temperatures or for the transport of other fluids, for example potable water, additional requirements and testing is needed. Such requirements are not specified in this European Standard.

Fernwärmerohre - Werkmäßig gedämmte flexible Rohrsysteme - Teil 4: Verbundsystem mit Mediumrohren aus Metall - Anforderungen und Prüfungen

Diese Europäische Norm enthält Anforderungen und Prüfverfahren für flexible, werkmäßig gedämmte direkt erdverlegte Fernwärme-Verbundsysteme mit Mediumrohren aus Metall, Verbund zwischen den Rohr¬schichten sowie Wärmedämmstoffen aus Polyurethan oder Polyisocyanurat-Schaumstoff, wobei das Mantelrohr aus Polyethylen hergestellt ist.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für maximale Betriebstemperaturen von bis zu 140 °C und maximale Betriebs-drücke bis einschließlich 25 bar für eine Auslegungslebensdauer von mindestens 30 Jahren.
ANMERKUNG   Für höhere Temperaturen oder für den Transport anderer Flüssigkeiten, z. B. Trinkwasser, sind zusätz¬liche Anforderungen und Prüfungen erforderlich. Derartige Anforderungen sind in dieser Europäischen Norm nicht festgelegt.

Tuyaux de chauffage urbain - Systèmes de tuyaux flexibles préisolés - Partie 4: Système bloqué avec tube de service en métal - Prescriptions et méthodes d'essai

La présente Norme européenne fournit les prescriptions et les méthodes d’essai relatives aux tuyaux de chauffage urbain préisolés flexibles enterrés directement avec des tubes de service métalliques, une adhérence entre les couches des conduites et des matériaux d’isolation thermique en mousse de polyuréthane ou de polyisocyanate, les tubes de protection doivent être en polyéthylène.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique à des températures maximales de service de 140 °C et des pressions inférieures à 25 bar, pour une durée de vie prévue d’au moins 30 ans.
NOTE   Pour les températures plus élevées ou pour le transport d’autres fluides, par exemple, de l’eau potable, des prescriptions et des essais supplémentaires sont nécessaires. Ces prescriptions ne sont pas spécifiées dans la présente Norme européenne.

EN 15632-4:2009 (E) 3 Foreword This document (EN 15632-4:2009) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 107 “Prefabricated district heating pipe systems”, the secretariat of which is held by DS. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by July 2009, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by July 2009. Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of patent rights.
