Aerospace series - Bushes with self-lubricating liner - Technical specification

This document specifies the required characteristics, inspections and tests, quality assurance and qualification, acceptance and delivery conditions for bushes, designed to be subjected under load, to slow sliding movements, rotations and small oscillations only for aerospace applications.
This standard applies to all bushes when referred to in the respective product standards or in a design documentation.
The liner is designed to be used in the temperature range of −50 °C to 163 °C. Aluminium bushes are limited to −55 °C to 121 °C.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die geforderten Eigenschaften, Überprüfungen und Prüfungen, Qualitätssicherung und Qualifikation, Abnahme  und Lieferbedingungen für Buchsen, ausgelegt für die Verzögerung von Gleitbewegungen, Drehungen und kleinen Schwingungen unter Last, zur Verwendung ausschließlich in der Luft  und Raumfahrt fest.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für alle Buchsen bei Bezugnahme in den jeweiligen Produktnormen oder einer Konstruktionsdokumentation.
Die Beschichtung ist für die Verwendung in einem Temperaturbereich von −50 °C bis 163 °C ausgelegt. Aluminiumbuchsen sind auf −55 °C bis 121 °C beschränkt.

Ta dokument določa zahtevane lastnosti, preglede in preskuse, zagotavljanje kakovosti in kvalifikacije, pogoje sprejema in dobave za puše, načrtovane za prenašanje obremenitev, za počasno drseče premikanje, vrtenje in majhna nihanja le za uporabo v aeronavtiki.
Ta standard se uporablja za vse puše iz posameznih standardov za izdelke ali iz projektne
dokumentacije.
Obloga je načrtovana za uporabo v temperaturnem razponu od −50 °C do 163 °C. Puše iz aluminija so omejene na razpon od −55 °C do 121 °C.
