Specification and testing of LPG cylinder valves - Self closing

This European Standard specifies the requirements for design, specification and type testing for self-closing cylinder valves specifically for use with LPG. It includes references to associated equipment for vapour or liquid service.
NOTE   Annex B gives recommendations for production testing and inspection.
This European Standard applies to self-closing valves fitted to transportable refillable LPG cylinders from 0,5 l up to 150 l water capacity intended to convey LPG only.
This European Standard does not apply to fixed automotive installations.

Spezifikation und Prüfung der LPG-Zylinderventile - Selbstschließend

Diese Europäische Norm legt für selbstschließende Flaschenventile, die für die Anwendung mit Flüssiggas (LPG) vorgesehen sind, die Anforderungen an die Konstruktion, Spezifikation und Typprüfung fest. Sie enthält Verweisungen auf Zubehör für den Betrieb in der Gas-und Flüssigphase.
Anmerkung   : Anhang B enthält Empfehlungen zur Produktionsüberwachung und Prüfung.
Diese Europäische Norm erfasst selbstschließende Ventile an ortsbeweglichen und wiederbefüllbaren Flüssiggas-Flaschen mit einem Fassungsraum von 0,5 l bis einschließlich 150 l, die nur zum Transport von Flüssiggas vorgesehen sind.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für in Fahrzeuge fest eingebaute Gassysteme.

La présente Norme européenne spécifie les exigences concernant la conception, les spécifications et les essais de type des valves à fermeture automatique, montées sur des bouteilles, et spécifiquement conçues pour une utilisation avec des gaz de pétrole liquéfiés (GPL). Elle comprend des références aux équipements associés pour le service en phase gazeuse ou liquide.
NOTE   L'annexe B fournit des recommandations relatives aux essais et contrôles en cours de fabrication.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux valves à fermeture automatique installées sur les bouteilles de GPL transportables et rechargeables, d'une capacité en eau de 0,5 l à 150 l, destinées exclusivement au transport de GPL.
