Grain-oriented electrical steel strip and sheet delivered in the fully processed state

This European Standard defines the steel grades of grain-oriented electrical strip and sheet in nominal thicknesses of 0,23 mm, 0,27 mm, 0,30 mm and 0,35 mm and specifies in particular, general requirements, magnetic properties, geometric characteristics and tolerances and technological characteristics, as well as inspection procedures.
This European Standard applies to Goss textured grain-oriented electrical strip and sheet supplied in the final annealed condition in sheets or coils, and intended for the construction of magnetic circuits.
The materials are grouped into two classes:
a)   conventional grain oriented material;
b)   high permeability grain oriented material.
They correspond to Clause C.22 of IEC 60404-1:2000.

Kornorientiertes Elektroband und -blech im schlussgeglühten Zustand

Dieses Dokument legt die Stahlsorten für kornorientiertes Elektroband und -blech in den  Nenndicken 0,23 mm, 0,27 mm, 0,30 mm und 0,35 mm fest und im Besonderen allgemeine Anforderungen, magnetische Eigenschaften, geometrische Eigenschaften und Grenzabmaße, technologische Eigenschaften sowie Prüfbe-dingungen.
Diese Europäische Norm gilt für kornorientiertes Elektroband und -blech mit Goss-Textur, das im schlussgeglühten Zustand in Form von Tafeln oder Rollen geliefert wird und für den Bau magnetischer Kreise bestimmt ist.
Die Erzeugnisse sind in zwei Klassen, nach IEC 60404-1:2000 Abschnitt C22, wie folgt unterteilt:
a)   konventionelle kornorientierte Erzeugnisse;
b)   kornorientierte Erzeugnisse mit hoher Permeabilität.

La présente Norme européenne définit les nuances d’acier des bandes et tôles électriques à grains orientés d'épaisseurs nominales 0,23 mm, 0,27 mm, 0,30 mm et 0,35 mm, et spécifie en particulier les prescriptions générales, les caractéristiques magnétiques, les caractéristiques et tolérances géométriques et les caractéristiques technologiques ainsi que les modalités de contrôle.
La présente Norme européenne s’applique aux bandes et tôles en acier électrique à grains orientés, à texture de Goss, livrées à l’état de recuit final en bandes ou en feuilles et destinées à la construction de circuits magnétiques.
Les matériaux sont groupés en deux classes :
a)   matériau à grains orientés, conventionnel ;
b)   matériau à grains orientés, à haute perméabilité.
Ils correspondent à l'Article C.22 de la CEI 60404-1:2000.

Standard EN 10107 določa vrste jekla za orientirano elektropločevino in trakove z nazivnimi debelinami 0,23 mm, 0,27 mm, 0,30 mm in 0,35 mm ter posebej določa splošne zahteve, magnetne lastnosti, geometrijske lastnosti in tolerance ter tehnološke lastnosti in postopke pregledovanja. Ta evropski standard velja za elektropločevino in trak s teksturo Goss, dobavljen v končnem žarjenem stanju v obliki pločevine ali tuljav, in je namenjen konstruiranju magnetnih krogov. Materiali so razvrščeni v dva razreda: a) konvencionalni orientirani material, b) orientirani material z visoko prepustnostjo. Ti materiali ustrezajo točki C.22 iz standarda IEC 60404-1: 2000.
