Food processing machinery - Automatic dividers - Safety and hygiene requirements
1.1 This European Standard applies to the design and manufacture of automatic dividers whose function is based on the volumetric principle using one or more suction and/or pressing pistons. Dough dividers working in other ways are excluded from the scope of this European Standard.
These automatic dividers are used in the food industry and shops (pastry-making, bakeries, confectionery, etc.) for dividing dough or pastry into portions to produce the required weight of dough piece. These machines can be fed by hand or automatically.
This European Standard deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to the installation, adjustment, operation, cleaning and maintenance of automatic dividers, when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer (see clause 4).
When drafting this European Standard, it has been assumed that the machines are not intended to be cleaned with water.
1.2 The following machines are excluded:
experimental and testing machines, under development by the manufacturer;
weighting devices;
"knife and belt" dividers and other types of machines where the dividing mechanism is based on the functioning of a moving knife;
lifting and tilting machines ) or other separate feeding machines.
1.3 A noise test code is included in Annex A to assist manufacturers to measure noise levels for the purpose of the noise emission declaration.
1.4 This European Standard is not applicable to machines which are manufactured before the date of publication of this European Standard by CEN.
Nahrungsmittelmaschinen - Teigteilmaschinen - Sicherheits- und Hygieneanforderungen
1.1 Diese Europäische Norm gilt für die Gestaltung/Konstruktion und Herstellung von automatischen Teigteilmaschinen, deren Funktion auf dem volumetrischen Prinzip basiert, bei dem ein oder mehrere Saug- bzw. Druckkolben zum Einsatz kommen, Teigteiler, die auf andere Art arbeiten, sind vom Anwendungsbereich dieser Europäischen Norm ausgeschlossen.
Diese automatischen Teigteilmaschinen werden in der Nahrungsmittelindustrie und in Geschäften (Konditoreien, Bäckereien, Kohnfisserien usw.) für das Teilen von Teig oder Blätterteig in Portionen um das gewünschte Gewicht der Teigportion herzustellen. Diese Maschinen werden automatisch oder von Hand bestückt.
Diese Europäische Norm umfasst sämtliche signifikanten Gefährdungen, Gefährdungssituationen und Ereignisse in Bezug auf Installation, das Einrichten, die Bedienung, Reinigung und Wartung automatischer Teigteilmaschinen, die relevant für den bestimmungsgemäßen Gebrauch unter den vom Hersteller vorhersehbaren Bedingungen, sind (siehe Abschnitt 4).
Bei Verfassung dieser Europäschen Norm wurde davon ausgegangen, dass diese Maschinen nicht für eine Reinigung mit Wasser vorgesehen sind.
1.2 Die folgenden Maschinen sind ausgenommen:
Versuchs- und Prüfmaschinen die in der Entwicklung beim Hersteller sind;
Wägeeinrichtungen;
Messer- und Band-Teiler und andere Bauarten von Maschinen, bei denen der Teilmechanismus auf der Funktion eines sich bewegenden Messers basiert;
Hub und Kippeinrichtungen ) oder andere separate Zuführmechanismen.
1.3 Im Anhang A befinden sich ein Verfahren zur Geräuschmessung als Hilfestellung für den Hersteller zur Geräuschmessung zur Angabe der Geräuschemission.
1.4 Diese Europäische Norm gilt nicht für Maschinen, die vor dem Veröffentlichungsdatum dieser Europäischen Norm durch CEN, gebaut wurden.

1.1 La présente Norme européenne s'applique à la conception et à la fabrication de diviseuses automatiques dont le fonctionnement est basé sur le principe volumétrique utilisant un ou plusieurs pistons d'aspiration et/ou de compression. Les diviseuses de pâte fonctionnant sur d'autres principes sont exclues du domaine d'application de la présente Norme européenne.
Ces diviseuses automatiques sont utilisées dans l'industrie alimentaire et les commerces de l'alimentation (pâtisseries, boulangeries, confiseries, etc.) pour diviser la pâte ou la pâtisserie afin de produire des pâtons d’un poids déterminé. Ces machines peuvent être alimentées à la main ou automatiquement.
La présente Norme européenne traite de tous les phénomènes dangereux, situations et événements dangereux significatifs relatifs à l'installation, au réglage, au fonctionnement, au nettoyage et à la maintenance des diviseuses automatiques lorsqu'elles sont utilisées dans le cadre et dans les conditions normalement prévus par le fabricant (voir Article 4).
À la rédaction de la présente Norme européenne, il a été présumé que le nettoyage des machines à l'eau n'est pas prévu.
1.2 Les machines suivantes sont exclues du domaine d'application :
- les machines expérimentales et d'essais en cours de mise au point par le fabricant ;
- les dispositifs de pesée ;
- les diviseuses « à couteau et à bande » et autres types de machine où le mécanisme diviseur est basé sur le fonctionnement d'un couteau mobile ;
- les élévateurs/basculeurs ) ou autres machines à alimentation séparée.
1.3 Un code d’essai acoustique est inclus dans l’Annexe A pour aider les fabricants à mesurer les niveaux de bruit en vue d’une déclaration d'émission sonore.
1.4 La présente Norme européenne ne s'applique pas aux machines qui sont fabriquées avant la date de publication de la présente Norme européenne par le CEN.
