Thermal insulation products for building applications - Determination of the tensile bond strength of the adhesive and of the base coat to the thermal insulation material

This document specifies the test apparatus, materials and procedures for determining the tensile bond strength of an adhesive, a reinforced base coat or a rendering system to a thermal insulation product for use as components in External Thermal Insulation Composite Systems.
The test method described in this document is not applicable to PU foam adhesives. For testing such products see EN 17101.

Dieses Dokument legt das Prüfgerät, die Werkstoffe und Verfahren zur Bestimmung der Haftzugfestigkeit eines Klebers, eines bewehrten Unterputzes oder eines Putzsystems für ein Wärmedämmprodukt als Komponenten in außenseitigen Wärmedämmverbundsystemen (WDVS) fest.
Das in diesem Dokument beschriebene Prüfverfahren gilt nicht für PU Klebstoffschaum. Für Prüfverfahren solcher Produkte siehe EN 17101.

Le présent document spécifie l’appareillage d’essai, les matériaux et les modes opératoires à utiliser pour déterminer l’adhérence par traction d’une colle, d’une couche de base armée ou d’un système d’enduit sur un produit isolant thermique destiné à faire partie d’un système composite d’isolation thermique par l’extérieur (ETICS).
La méthode d’essai décrite dans le présent document n’est pas applicable aux colles à base de mousse PU. Pour l’essai de ces produits, voir l’EN 17101.
