Plastics - Film and sheeting - Determination of water vapour transmission rate - Part 1: Humidity detection sensor method (ISO 15106-1:2003)

ISO 15106-1:2003 specifies an instrumental method for determining the water vapour transmission rate of plastic film, plastic sheeting and multi-layer structures including plastics, using a humidity detection sensor.
NOTE The method provides rapid measurement over a wide range of water vapour transmission rates.

Dieser Teil von ISO 15106-1 legt ein instrumentelles Verfahren zum Bestimmen der Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit von Kunststofffolien, Kunststoffbahnen ( platten) und Mehrschichtgebilden mit Kunststoffanteil unter Anwendung eines Feuchtigkeitssensors fest.
ANMERKUNG   Das Verfahren ermöglicht die schnelle Messung über einen breiten Wertebereich der Wasserdampfdurchlässigkeit.

L'ISO 15106-1:2003 spécifie une méthode de détermination instrumentée du coefficient de transmission de vapeur d'eau d'un film plastique, d'une feuille ou d'un complexe comprenant des plastiques, avec un détecteur d'humidité.
Cette méthode fournit un mesurage rapide dans une large gamme de coefficients de transmission de vapeur d'eau.

Foreword
The text of ISO 15106-1:2003 has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 61 "Plastics” of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and has been taken over as EN ISO 15106-1:2005 by Technical Committee CEN/TC 249 "Plastics", the secretariat of which is held by IBN.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 2005, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 2005.
According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulations, the national standards organizations of the following countries are bound to implement this European Standard: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom.
