General requirements for Home and Building Electronic Systems (HBES) and Building Automation and Control Systems (BACS) - Part 1: General requirements

This European Standard applies to all Home and Building Electronic Systems (HBES) and Building Automation Control Systems (BACS) and specifies the general requirements for these systems and products covering the following functionalities: - HBES class 1: simple control and command; - HBES class 2: simple voice and stable video transmission including class 1; - HBES class 3: video transfers including class 2. This European Standard provides an overview of this series of European Standards. To enable integration of a wide spectrum of applications, EN 50491 series covers: - electrical safety, - functional safety, - environmental conditions, - EMC requirements, - installation and cabling rules and topologies, - Smart Metering – Application specification (under development), - Smartgrid — Application specification — Interface and framework (under development). EN 50491 series is a product family standard.

Allgemeine Anforderungen an die Elektrische Systemtechnik für Heim und Gebäude (ESHG) und an Systeme der Gebäudeautomation (GA) -Teil 1: Allgemeine Anforderungen

Diese Europäische Norm gilt für alle ESHG-Systeme (Elektrische Systemtechnik für Heim und Gebäude) und Systeme der Gebäudeautomation (GA) und legt die allgemeinen Anforderungen für diese Systeme und für Produkte mit folgenden Funktionen fest: – ESHG Klasse 1: einfache Steuerung und Befehle – ESHG Klasse 2: zusätzlich zu den Funktionen der Klasse 1 eine einfache Ton- und Standbildübertragung – ESHG Klasse 3: zusätzlich zu Klasse 2 Bildübertragungen Diese Norm gibt einen Überblick über diese Reihe von Europäischen Normen. Um die Integration einer Vielzahl von Anwendungsmöglichkeiten zu ermöglichen, behandeln die Normen der Reihe EN 50491: – elektrische Sicherheit, – funktionale Sicherheit, – Umgebungsbedingungen, – EMV-Anforderungen, – Installations- und Verkabelungsvorschriften und Topologien, – Intelligente Stromzähler – Anwendungsspezifikation (in Arbeit), – Intelligente Stromnetze – Anwendungsspezifikation – Schnittstelle und Rahmenbedingungen (in Arbeit). EN 50491 ist eine Produktfamiliennorm.

La présente norme européenne s'applique à tous les systèmes électroniques pour les foyers domestiques et les bâtiments (HBES) et à tous les Systèmes de Gestion Technique du Bâtiment (SGTB) et spécifie les exigences générales pour ces systèmes et produits couvrant les fonctionnalités suivantes: - HBES classe 1: contrôle et commande simples; - HBES classe 2: transmission vocale simple et vidéo stable intégrant la classe 1; - HBES classe 3: transferts vidéo intégrant la classe 2. La présente norme européenne fournit une vue d'ensemble de la présente série de normes européennes. Pour permettre l'intégration d'un large spectre d'applications, la série EN 50491 couvre les éléments suivants: - la sécurité électrique, - la sécurité fonctionnelle, - les conditions d'environnement, - les exigences CEM, - les règles et les topologies d'installation et de câblage, - le comptage intelligent – Spécification d'application (en cours d'élaboration), - le réseau intelligent — Spécification d'application — Interface et cadre (en cours d'élaboration). La série EN 50491 est une norme de famille de produits.

Standard EN 50491-1 velja za vse stanovanjske in stavbne elektronske sisteme (HBES) ter sisteme za avtomatizacijo in krmiljenje stavb (BACS) in določa splošne zahteve za te sisteme in izdelke, ki zajemajo naslednje funkcionalnosti: - HBES razreda 1: preprost nadzor in upravljanje; - HBES razreda 2: prenos preprostega zvoka in stabilnega videa, vključno z razredom 1; - HBES razreda 3: video prenosi, vključno z razredom 2. Ta evropski standard ponuja pregled te serije evropskih standardov. Da bi bila mogoča vključitev širokega nabora aplikacij, skupina standardov EN 50491 zajema: - električno varnost, - funkcionalno varnost, - okoljske pogoje, - zahteve za elektromagnetno združljivost, - pravila za namestitev kablov in topologije, - pametno merjenje - specifikacija aplikacije (v razvoju), - Smartgrid - specifikacija aplikacije - vmesnik in okvir (v razvoju).
