Dependability management - Part 3-4: Application guide - Specification of dependability requirements

IEC 60300-3-4:2022 gives guidance on specifying dependability requirements and collating these requirements in a specification, together with a list of the means of assuring the achievement of the dependability requirements. The guidance provided includes: • specifying quantitative and qualitative reliability, maintainability, supportability and availability requirements; • advising acquirers on how to ensure that the requirements can be fulfilled by suppliers; • advising suppliers to help them meet the acquirer's requirements. Other obligations, such as legislation and governmental regulations, can also place requirements on items, in addition to any requirements derived in accordance with this document.

L'IEC 60300-3-4:2022 fournit des recommandations relatives à la spécification des exigences de sûreté de fonctionnement et au rassemblement de ces exigences dans une spécification, ainsi qu'une liste des moyens permettant d’assurer la réalisation des exigences de sûreté de fonctionnement. Les recommandations fournies comprennent: • la spécification d’exigences quantitatives et qualitatives de fiabilité, de maintenabilité, de supportabilité et de disponibilité; • des conseils aux acquéreurs portant sur la façon d’assurer que les exigences peuvent être satisfaites par les fournisseurs; • des conseils aux fournisseurs afin de les aider à satisfaire aux exigences des acquéreurs. D’autres obligations telles que des règlements législatifs et gouvernementaux peuvent aussi imposer des exigences relatives aux entités, en plus de toutes les exigences déduites conformément au présent document.

Ta del standarda IEC 60300 podaja smernice za določanje zahtev glede zagotovljivosti in združevanje teh zahtev v specifikacijo, skupaj s seznamom sredstev za izpolnjevanje zahtev glede zagotovljivosti.
Smernice vključujejo:
• določanje kvantitativnih in kvalitativnih zahtev glede zanesljivosti, vzdržljivosti, podpore in razpoložljivosti;
• svetovanje prevzemnikom, kako lahko zagotovijo, da dobavitelji izpolnijo zahteve;
• svetovanje dobaviteljem, kako najlažje izpolniti zahteve prevzemnika.
Poleg vseh zahtev, izpeljanih v skladu s tem dokumentom, morajo elementi izpolnjevati morda tudi druge zahteve, ki jim jih nalagajo zakonodaja in vladni predpisi.
Številne tehnike, opisane v različnih standardih IEC v zvezi z zagotovljivostjo, se v glavnem navezujejo na zanesljivost na ravni sistema in opreme, vendar jih je mogoče uporabiti tudi za izdelke ali na ravni komponent. Izraz »element« se uporablja v celotnem dokumentu.
Te smernice so podane v okviru osnovnega projekta, kjer prevzemnik pridobi element od dobavitelja. Po potrebi jih je mogoče spremeniti in prilagoditi drugim situacijam.
OPOMBA 1: Ta dokument ne obravnava neposredno varnostnih in okoljskih specifikacij, čeprav bi se večina smernic v tem dokumentu lahko uporabila tudi zanje.
OPOMBA 2: Ta dokument ne zajema elementov s posebnimi dolgoročnimi dogovori z več zainteresiranimi stranmi (npr. storitve, opravljene prek javnih naročil v okviru javno-zasebnega partnerstva) in tega, kako je v takih dogovorih določena zagotovljivost.
OPOMBA 3: Smernice v tem dokumentu je mogoče uporabiti za nekatere vidike specifikacije zahtev v zvezi s programsko opremo, vendar je mogoče specifične smernice najti v standardu IEC 62628 [5] in različnih delih skupine standardov IEC 61508 [6].
