Low voltage electrical installations - Part 7-704: Requirements for special installations or locations - Construction and demolition site installations
IEC 60364-7-7-704:2017(E) lays down requirements which apply to installations for construction and demolition sites for use during the period of the construction or demolition work which are intended to be taken out of service upon completion of the works. Examples include the following: - construction work of new buildings; - repair, alteration, extension or demolition of existing buildings or parts of existing buildings; - engineering works; - earthworks; - work of similar nature. The requirements apply to fixed or moveable installations. This new edition includes the following significant technical changes with respect to the previous edition: - clarification of the scope; - clarification of compliance with standards; - clarification of devices for isolation.

Les exigences de la présente partie s’appliquent aux installations pour chantiers de construction et de démolition utilisées lors des travaux de construction ou de démolition et destinées à être retirées du service à l’achèvement des travaux. Ces travaux comprennent par exemple: - les travaux de construction de nouveaux bâtiments; - les travaux de réparation, de modification, d’extension ou de démolition de bâtiments existants ou de parties de ces bâtiments; - les travaux publics; - les travaux de terrassement; et - les travaux analogues. Les exigences s’appliquent aux installations fixes ou mobiles. Les exigences ne sont pas applicables aux installations de locaux administratifs des chantiers (par exemple bureaux, vestiaires, salles de réunion, cantines, restaurants, dortoirs et locaux sanitaires).

Zahteve tega dela standarda IEC 60364 so namenjene inštalacijam za gradbišča, ki se uporabljajo med izvajanjem gradbenih ali rušitvenih del in so ob zaključku del izločene iz uporabe. Primeri vključujejo:
• gradnjo novih stavb;
• popravilo, spremembo, razširitev ali rušitev obstoječih stavb ali delov obstoječih stavb;
• inženirska dela;
• zemeljska dela;
• podobna dela.
Zahteve se uporabljajo za fiksne ali premične inštalacije.
Zahteve se ne uporabljajo za inštalacije na upravnih lokacijah gradbišč (npr. pisarne, garderobe, sejne sobe, jedilnice, restavracije, spalni prostori, stranišča).

The text of document 64/2155/FDIS, future edition 3 of IEC 60364-7-704:2017, prepared by
IEC/TC 64 "Electrical installations and protection against electric shock" was submitted to the
IEC-CENELEC parallel vote and approved by CENELEC as HD 60364-7-704:2018.
A draft amendment, which covers common modifications to IEC 60364-7-704 (64/2155/FDIS),
was prepared by CLC/TC 64 "Electrical installations and protection against electric shock"
and approved by CENELEC.
The following dates are fixed:

For the purpose of this part, the requirements of HD 60364/HD 384 apply.
The Parts 7XX of HD 60364 contain particular requirements for special installations or
locations which are based on the requirements of the general parts of HD 60364 (Part 1,
Part 4, Part 5 and Part 6). These Parts 7XX have to be considered in conjunction with the
