Sustainable cities and communities — Indicators for city services and quality of life
This document defines and establishes methodologies for a set of indicators to steer and measure the performance of city services and quality of life. It follows the principles set out in ISO 37101 and can be used in conjunction with ISO 37101 and other strategic frameworks. This document is applicable to any city, municipality or local government that undertakes to measure its performance in a comparable and verifiable manner, irrespective of size and location.

Le présent document définit et établit des méthodologies pour un ensemble d'indicateurs permettant d'orienter et de mesurer les performances des services urbains et de la qualité de vie. Il suit les principes énoncés dans l'ISO 37101 et peut être utilisé conjointement avec l'ISO 37101 et d'autres cadres stratégiques. Le présent document s'applique à toutes les villes, communes ou administrations locales qui entreprennent de mesurer leurs performances de façon comparative et vérifiable, indépendamment de leur taille et de leur emplacement.

Ta dokument določa in vzpostavlja metodologije za nabor indikatorjev za usmerjanje in merjenje uspešnosti urbanih storitev in kakovosti življenja. Upošteva načela iz standarda ISO 37101 in se lahko uporablja skupaj s standardom ISO 37101 in drugimi strateškimi okviri.
Ta dokument se uporablja za vsako mesto, občino ali lokalno upravo, ki želi svojo uspešnost meriti na primerljiv in preverljiv način, ne glede na velikost in lokacijo.
