High-voltage switchgear and controlgear - Part 212: Compact Equipment Assemblies for Distribution Substation (CEADS) (IEC 62271-212:2016)

This part of IEC 62271 specifies the service conditions, rated characteristics, general
structural requirements and test methods of the assemblies of the main electrical functional
units of a high-voltage/low-voltage distribution substation, duly interconnected, for alternating
current of rated operating voltages above 1 kV and up to and including 52 kV on the highvoltage
side, service frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz. This assembly is to be cable-connected to the
network, and intended for installation within an indoor or outdoor closed electrical operating
area.
A Compact Equipment Assembly for Distribution Substation (CEADS) as defined in this
document is designed and tested to be a single product with a single serial number and one
set of documentation.
The functions of a CEADS are:
• switching and control for the operation of the high-voltage circuit(s);
• protection of the high-voltage/low-voltage transformer functional unit;
• high-voltage/low-voltage transformation;
• switching and control for the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeders.
However relevant provisions of this document are also applicable to designs where not all of
these functions exist (e.g. equipment comprising only high-voltage/low-voltage transformation
and switching and control for the operation and protection of the low-voltage feeder functions
or equipment without switching and control for the operation of the high-voltage circuit(s)).
NOTE For the purpose of this document a self-protected transformer is considered not as a CEADS, but as a
functional unit, designed and type tested to its own product standard IEC 60076-13:2006.

L'IEC 62271-212:2016 spécifie les conditions de service, les caractéristiques assignées, les exigences structurelles générales et les méthodes d'essai des ensembles des principales unités fonctionnelles électriques d'un poste de distribution haute tension/basse tension, dûment interconnecté, pour le courant alternatif à des tensions de fonctionnement assignées supérieures à 1 kV et inférieures ou égales à 52 kV du côté haute tension, avec une fréquence de service de 50 Hz ou 60 Hz. Cet ensemble doit être raccordé par câble au réseau, et il est destiné à être installé dans un local de service électrique fermé en intérieur ou en extérieur. Cette publication doit être lue conjointement avec l'IEC 62271-1:2007.

Ta del standarda IEC 62271 določa pogoje delovanja, naznačene karakteristike, splošne strukturne zahteve in preskusne metode ustrezno medsebojno povezanih sestavov glavnih električnih funkcijskih enot visokonapetostne/nizkonapetostne distribucijske podpostaje za naznačene izmenične napetosti nad 1 kV do vključno 52 kV na strani z visoko napetostjo in za frekvenco delovanja 50 Hz ali 60 Hz. Ta sestav se priključi na omrežje s kablom in je namenjen za namestitev v notranjem ali zunanjem zaprtem območju električnega delovanja.
Kompakten sestav opreme za distribucijske podpostaje (CEADS), kot je opredeljeno v tem dokumentu, je zasnovan in preizkušen kot en izdelek z enotno serijsko številko in enim naborom dokumentacije.
Funkcije kompaktnih sestavov opreme za distribucijske podpostaje so:
• preklapljanje in nadzor delovanja visokonapetostnih tokokrogov;
• zaščita funkcijskih enot visokonapetostnih/nizkonapetostnih transformatorjev;
• transformacija visoke/nizke napetosti;
• preklapljanje ter nadzor delovanja in zaščite nizkonapetostnih napajalnih vodov. Vendar pa zadevne določbe tega dokumenta veljajo tudi za zasnove, kjer vse te funkcije ne obstajajo (npr. oprema, ki obsega samo transformacijo visoke/nizke napetosti ter preklapljanje in nadzor delovanja in zaščite nizkonapetostnih napajalnih vodov ali oprema brez preklapljanja in nadzora delovanja visokonapetostnih tokokrogov).
OPOMBA: Za namene tega dokumenta se samozaščiten transformator ne šteje za kompakten sestav opreme za distribucijske podsestave, ampak kot funkcijska enota, zasnovana in tipsko preskušena v skladu z lastnim standardom IEC 60076-13:2006 za izdelke.
