Railway applications - Track - Test methods for fastening systems - Part 7: Determination of clamping force
This part of EN 13146 specifies a laboratory test procedure for measuring the clamping force exerted by the fastening system on the foot of a rail. It is applicable to systems with and without baseplates on all types of sleepers. Performance requirements based on this test method are included in EN 13481.

Dieser Teil der Normenreihe EN 13146 legt Laborprüfverfahren zur Messung der Spannkraft fest, die vom Befes-tigungs-system auf den Fuß einer Schiene ausgeübt wird. Es lässt sich auf Systeme mit und ohne Rippenplatte auf allen Schwellentypen, Auflagern und Bauteilen der festen Fahrbahn anwenden.
Dieses Prüfverfahren gilt für ein komplettes Schienenbefestigungssystem.
Diese Norm enthält ein Referenz- sowie ein alternatives Verfahren.

La présente Norme européenne est applicable aux disques de frein fixés sur l'essieu ou sur l'arbre moteur de matériel roulant ferroviaire par emmanchement conique ou cylindrique.
Chaque unité ainsi fixée peut comprendre une ou plusieurs couronnes de disque de frein, chaque couronne ayant deux surfaces de friction séparées axialement.
La présente Norme européenne s'applique aux disques de frein conçus pour équiper les véhicules ferroviaires utilisés par les réseaux principaux nationaux, les réseaux urbains, métropolitains, les tramways et les réseaux privés (chemins de fer régionaux, compagnies privées, etc.).
