Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons - Carriers - Part 2: Slipping resistance tests for grips
This European Standard specifies the safety requirements applicable to carriers for cableway installations designed to carry persons. It is applicable to the various types of installations and takes into account their environment.
This European Standard describes the requirements to be met when testing the slipping resistance of grips clamped:
- on the haulage or carrying hauling rope of carriers of monocable or bicable aerial ropeways with fixed or detachable grips, covered by 7.4 of Part 1 of this standard;
- on the towing rope of ski-tows with fixed grips, covered by 7.6.2 of Part 1 of this standard.
It does not apply to installations for the transportation of goods nor to inclined lifts.
Sicherheitsanforderungen für Seilbahnen für den Personenverkehr - Fahrzeuge - Teil 2: Klemmenabziehversuch
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Sicherheitsanforderungen für Fahrzeuge von Seilbahnen des Personenverkehrs fest. Dabei werden die verschiedenen Seilbahn- und deren Umgebung berücksichtigt.
Der vorliegende Teil beschreibt die Anforderungen, die während der Abziehversuche von Klemmen
- an Zug- oder Förderseilen von Fahrzeugen bei Ein- oder Zweiseilbahnen mit festen oder kuppelbaren Klemmen nach EN 13796-1, 7.4;
- an Förderseilen von Schleppliften mit festen Klemmen nach EN 13796-1, 7.6.2
des Teils 1 der vorliegenden Norm einzuhalten sind.
Sie gilt weder für die Seilbahnen des Güterverkehrs, noch für die Schrägaufzüge.
Prescriptions de sécurité pour les installations à câbles transportant des personnes - Véhicules - Partie 2: Essai de résistance au glissement des attaches
Cette Norme européenne établit les prescriptions de sécurité s'appliquant aux véhicules des installations de transport à câbles destinées aux personnes. Elle s’applique aux différents systèmes et tient compte de leur environnement.
La présente Norme européenne décrit les exigences à respecter lors des essais de résistance au glissement des attaches :
- serrées sur le câble tracteur ou porteur-tracteur des véhicules des téléphériques monocâbles ou bicâbles, avec attaches fixes ou découplables, traitées dans l’EN 13796-1:2016, 7.5 ;
- serrées sur le câble de remorquage des téléskis avec attaches fixes, traitées au l’EN 13796-1:2016, 7.7.2.
Elle ne s'applique ni aux installations de transport à câbles destinées aux marchandises, ni aux ascenseurs.

Ta evropski standard določa varnostne zahteve, ki se uporabljajo za vozila žičniških naprav za prevoz oseb. Uporablja se za različne vrste naprav, pri čemer se upoštevajo okolja njihove uporabe.
Ta evropski standard opisuje zahteve, ki jih je treba izpolnjevati pri preskušanju zdrsa prižemk:
– na vlečni ali transportni vrvi vozil pri enovrvnih ali dvojnih enovrvnih žičnicah s fiksnimi ali odklopljivimi prižemkami, ki so zajete v točki 7.4 1. dela tega standarda;
– na vlečni vrvi vlečnic s fiksnimi prižemkami, ki so zajete v točki 7.6.2 1. dela tega standarda.
Ne uporablja se za žičniške naprave za prevoz blaga ali nagnjena dvigala.

EN 13796-2:2017 (E) European Foreword This document (EN 13796-2:2017) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 242 “Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by September 2017, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by September 2017.
