Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons - Carriers - Part 3: Fatigue testing

This European Standard specifies the safety requirements applicable to carriers for cableway installations for passenger transportation. This standard is applicable to the various types of installations and takes into account their environment.
This standard sets out the requirements to be met for fatigue tests for carriers of unidirectional monocable aerial ropeways of capacity not greater than 16 persons according to EN 13796 1:2014, 6.3.3.1.
This standard does not apply to cableway installations for the transportation of goods or to inclined lifts.

Diese Europäische Norm legt die Sicherheitsanforderungen an Fahrzeuge von Seilbahnen für die Personenbeförderung fest. Sie ist anwendbar auf die verschiedenen Typen von Seilbahnen und berücksichtigt deren Umgebung.
Die vorliegende Europäische Norm beschreibt die Anforderungen, die während der Ermüdungsversuche an Fahrzeugen von Einseilumlaufbahnen mit einem Fassungsvermögen von bis zu 16 Personen nach !EN 13796 1:2017" einzuhalten sind.
Sie gilt weder für Seilbahnen des Güterverkehrs noch für Aufzüge.

Ta evropski standard določa varnostne zahteve, ki se uporabljajo za vozila žičniških naprav za prevoz oseb. Ta standard se uporablja za različne vrste naprav, pri čemer se upoštevajo okolja njihove uporabe.
Ta standard določa zahteve, ki jih je treba izpolnjevati pri preskusih utrujenosti vozil pri enovrvnih žičnicah z zmogljivostjo ne več kot 16 oseb v skladu s točko 6.3.3.1 standarda EN 13796 1:2014.
Standard se ne uporablja za žičniške naprave za prevoz blaga ali za poševna dvigala.

This document (EN 13796-3:2017+A1:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 242,
"Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons", the secretariat of which is
held by AFNOR.
This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an
identical text or by endorsement, by May 2023 at the latest, and all conflicting national standards shall
be withdrawn no later than May 2023.
Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of
