Lubricants, industrial oils and related products (class L) - Classification - Part 5: Family T (Turbines)

This part of ISO 6743 establishes the detailed classification of fluids of family T (Turbines) that belong to class L (Lubricants, industrials oils and related products). It is intended to be read in conjunction with ISO 6743-99[2]. This classification excludes the products intended for aircraft turbines. However, some aircraft turbines can find land application for power generation. For the lubrication of such turbines, it is recommended that the manufacturer's recommendation be followed. Depending on the service, either TGA, TGB, TGCH, TGCE or more specific aircraft-turbine lubricants can be used. This classification also excludes the products intended for the lubrication of wind turbines. The gear lubricants used in wind turbines are described in ISO 6743-6[1] and specified in ISO 12925-1[3].

Предисловие

Введение
Новейшее развитие в области выработки электроэнергии с использованием более мощных газовых
турбин, а также газовых турбин с единым валом и комбинированным циклом потребовали привести в
соответствие требованиям времени существующую классификацию жидкостей для турбин. Кроме того,
нормы и правила в некоторых странах для смазки гидротурбин требуют использовать экологически
приемлемые смазочные материалы.
Новая классификация включает следующее
a) новые типы газотурбинных масел, включая синтетические продукты;
b) новые типы масел для газовых турбин с единым валом и комбинированным циклом (т.е. для
турбин, в которых один и тот же смазочный материал обеспечивает смазку как газовой, так и
паровой турбины);
c) новые типы синтетических масел для авиационных турбин, работающих на земле;
d) подробную классификацию масел для гидротурбин, включая экологически приемлемые продукты.
Настоящий стандарт завершает классификацию, изложенную в ISO 6743-5:1988, и отвечает нуждам
промышленности.

1 Область применения
Настоящая часть ISO 6743 устанавливает подробную классификацию жидкостей семейства T (для
турбин), которые принадлежит к классу L (смазочные материалы, индустриальные масла и
родственные продукты).

Этот стандарт следует читать вместе с ISO 6743-99 .
Настоящая классификация исключает продукты, предназначенные для авиационных турбин. Однако
некоторые авиационные турбины могут применяться на земле для выработки электроэнергии. Для
смазки таких турбин необходимо следовать рекомендациям производителя. В зависимости от условий
работы могут быть применены TGA, TGB, TGCH, TGCE или более специфические категории

2 Объяснение используемых символов
2.1 Подробная классификация семейства T учреждена путем определения категорий продуктов,
необходимых для разных применений в этом семействе.
2.2 Каждая категория обозначается символом, состоящим из группы букв, которые вместе
составляют код.
Первая буква кода (T) идентифицирует семейство рассматриваемого продукта, но любые
последующие буквы, взятые отдельно, не имеют своего собственного значения.
Обозначение каждой категории можно быть дополнено числом, указывающим класс вязкости

Introduction
The recent evolution in the electricity production area, with the use of more potent gas turbines and single
shaft combined cycle gas turbines has made necessary the update of the classification of fluids for turbines. In
addition, regulations in some countries are requiring the use of environmentally acceptable lubricants for the
lubrication of hydro-turbines.
The new classification includes
a) new types of gas turbine oils, including synthetic products;
b) new types of oils for single-shaft combined-cycle gas turbines (i.e. turbines where the same lubricant
lubricates both the gas and the steam turbine);
c) new types of synthetic oils for aircraft turbines with land application;
d) detailed classification for hydro-turbines, including environmentally acceptable products.
This completes the classification described in ISO 6743-5:1988 and fits the industrial needs.

2.2 Each category is designated by a symbol consisting of a group of letters, which together constitute a

L'ISO (Organisation internationale de normalisation) est une fédération mondiale d'organismes nationaux de
normalisation (comités membres de l'ISO). L'élaboration des Normes internationales est en général confiée
aux comités techniques de l'ISO. Chaque comité membre intéressé par une étude a le droit de faire partie du
comité technique créé à cet effet. Les organisations internationales, gouvernementales et non
gouvernementales, en liaison avec l'ISO participent également aux travaux. L'ISO collabore étroitement avec
la Commission électrotechnique internationale (CEI) en ce qui concerne la normalisation électrotechnique.
Les Normes internationales sont rédigées conformément aux règles données dans les Directives ISO/CEI,
Partie 2.
La tâche principale des comités techniques est d'élaborer les Normes internationales. Les projets de Normes
internationales adoptés par les comités techniques sont soumis aux comités membres pour vote. Leur
publication comme Normes internationales requiert l'approbation de 75 % au moins des comités membres
votants.
L'attention est appelée sur le fait que certains des éléments du présent document peuvent faire l'objet de
droits de propriété intellectuelle ou de droits analogues. L'ISO ne saurait être tenue pour responsable de ne
pas avoir identifié de tels droits de propriété et averti de leur existence.
L'ISO 6743-5 a été élaborée par le comité technique ISO/TC 28, Produits pétroliers et lubrifiants, sous-comité
SC 4, Classifications et spécifications.
Cette deuxième édition annule et remplace la première édition (ISO 6743-5:1988), dont le Tableau 1 a fait
l'objet d'une révision technique.

Introduction
Les évolutions récentes dans le domaine de la production d'électricité, avec l'utilisation de turbines à gaz plus
puissantes et de turbines à gaz à cycle combiné et arbre unique a rendu nécessaire la mise à jour de la
classification des fluides pour turbines. De plus, la réglementation dans certains pays exige l'utilisation de
lubrifiants acceptables pour l'environnement pour la lubrification des turbines à eau (hydrauliques).
La nouvelle classification contient:
a) de nouveaux types d'huiles pour turbines à gaz, comprenant des produits synthétiques;
b) de nouveaux types d'huiles pour turbines à gaz à cycle combiné et arbre unique (c'est-à-dire des turbines
dans lesquelles le même lubrifiant lubrifie la turbine à gaz et la turbine à vapeur);
c) de nouveaux types d'huiles synthétiques pour turbines pour l'aviation ayant des applications à terre;
d) une classification détaillée destinée aux turbines hydrauliques, comprenant des produits acceptables
pour l'environnement.
Cela complète la classification présentée dans l'ISO 6743-5:1988 et correspond aux besoins de l'industrie.

Famille T (Turbines)
1 Domaine d'application
La présente partie de l'ISO 6743 établit la classification détaillée des fluides de la famille T (Turbines), qui
appartient à la classe L (Lubrifiants, huiles industrielles et produits connexes).

Elle est censée être lue conjointement avec l'ISO 6743–99 .
La présente classification ne comprend pas les produits pour turbines pour l'aviation. Cependant, certaines
turbines pour l'aviation peuvent trouver des applications à terre pour la production d'énergie. Pour la
lubrification de telles turbines, les constructeurs préconisent que, en fonction de l'utilisation qui en est faite, il
est possible de les lubrifier soit avec des produits de type TGA, TGB, TGCH ou TGCE, soit avec des
lubrifiants plus spécifiques des turbines pour l'aviation.
La présente classification ne comprend pas non plus les produits pour la lubrification des turbines éoliennes.

2 Explication des symboles utilisés
2.1 Le principe de la classification détaillée de la famille T repose sur la définition des catégories de
produits requises pour les principales applications de cette famille.
2.2 Chaque catégorie est désignée par un symbole constitué d'un groupe de lettres dont l'ensemble forme
un code.
La première lettre du code (T) identifie la famille du produit considéré. Les lettres suivantes, prises isolément,
ne sont affectées d'aucune signification propre.
La désignation de chaque catégorie peut être complétée par l'addition d'un nombre correspondant à la classe

de viscosité, en conformité avec l'ISO 3448:1992 .
2.3 Dans le présent système de classification, la désignation des produits est effectuée de façon uniforme.
