Il est centré essentiellement sur l’utilisation des bandes libres pour dispositifs à courte portée (SRD). La norme traite à la fois des systèmes de relevé mobile à pied ou par véhicule et des installations fixes. Le présent document peut s’appliquer, par extension, à diverses couches application.
