Cookware - Pressure cookers for domestic use

This document defines terms, establishes manufacturing, safety and functional requirements and corresponding tests, and specifies data for marking, labelling and instructions for use, for pressure cookers.
This document is applicable to portable pressure cookers for domestic use, with gross volume up to 25 l, with control pressure over 4 kPa and less than 150 kPa, with either integrated or independent heating (e.g. gas burner, electrical plate, induction hobs, ceramic hobs).
NOTE   All pressures mentioned in this text are related to atmospheric pressure.

Dieses Dokument definiert Begriffe, legt Anforderungen an die Herstellung, Sicherheit und Funktion und zugehörige Prüfungen fest und spezifiziert Daten für die Kennzeichnung, Etikettierung und Hinweise für den Gebrauch für Druckkochtöpfe.
Dieses Dokument ist anwendbar für tragbare Druckkochtöpfe für den Hausgebrauch mit einem Bruttovolumen bis 25 l, einem Regeldruck über 4 kPa und unter 150 kPa, entweder mit integrierter oder mit externer Beheizung (z. B. Gasbrenner, Elektroplatte, Induktionsfelder, Keramikfelder).

Le présent document définit les termes, fixe les exigences de fabrication, de sécurité et de fonctionnement et les essais correspondants et prescrit les données relatives au marquage, à l’étiquetage et à la notice d’emploi, pour les autocuiseurs.
Le présent document est applicable aux autocuiseurs portables à usage domestique de volume brut inférieur ou égal à 25 l, dont la pression de régulation est supérieure à 4 kPa et inférieure à 150 kPa, avec un système de chauffage indépendant ou intégré (par exemple, brûleur à gaz, plaque électrique, plaques de cuisson à induction, plaques de cuisson en céramique).
NOTE   Toutes les pressions indiquées dans le texte sont relatives à la pression atmosphérique.
