Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme - Mechanische Verbindungen zwischen Formstücken und Druckrohren - Prüfung des Widerstandes gegen Zugbelastung bei konstanter Zugkraft (ISO/DIS 3501:2021)

Diese Internationale Norm legt ein Verfahren zur Prüfung der Eignung von einachsigen Montage-verbindungen zwischen Formstücken und Kunststoff-Druckrohren, axialen Zugbeanspruchungen (Zug-spannungen) zu widerstehen, fest. Die Prüfung gilt unabhängig von der konstruktiven Auslegung und dem Werkstoff des Formstücks, das für die Verbindung der Kunststoffrohre verwendet wird.
Das Prüfverfahren gilt nicht für Schmelzschweißverbindungen.

for the transport of fluids, Subcommittee SC 5, General properties of pipes, fittings and valves of plastic

materials and their accessories – Test methods and basic specifications.

This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 3501:2015), which has been technically

revised.
The main changes compared to the previous edition are as follows:
— the reference to leakage has been removed from the test report;
— editorial changes have been introduced.
