Kunststoff-Rohrleitungssysteme - Mechanische Verbindungen zwischen Formstücken und Druckrohren - Prüfung der Dichtheit bei Unterdruck (ISO 3459:2022)

Diese Internationale Norm legt zwei Prüfverfahren zur Prüfung der Dichtheit von montierten Verbindungen zwischen mechanischen Formstücken und Kunststoffdruckrohren mit Durchmessern bis einschließlich 63 mm fest. Die Prüfung ist anwendbar unabhängig von Konstruktion und Werkstoff des Formstückes, das zum Verbinden von Kunststoffrohren verwendet wird.
Dieses Prüfverfahren ist nicht für Schmelzschweißverbindungen anwendbar.

This document (EN ISO 3459:2022) has been prepared by Technical Committee ISO/TC 138 "Plastics

pipes, fittings and valves for the transport of fluids" in collaboration with Technical Committee CEN/TC

155 “Plastics piping systems and ducting systems” the secretariat of which is held by NEN.

This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an

identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by October 2022, and conflicting national standards shall

be withdrawn at the latest by October 2022.

Attention is drawn to the possibility that some of the elements of this document may be the subject of

This document supersedes EN ISO 3459:2015.

for the transport of fluids, Subcommittee SC 5, General properties of pipes, fittings and valves of plastic

materials and their accessories -- Test methods and basic specifications.

This third edition cancels and replaces the second edition (ISO 3459:2015), which has been technically

revised.
The main changes compared to the previous edition are as follows:
— references to diameters > 63 mm are deleted;

— a change in vacuum pressure that can be considered to be leak tight is introduced;

— editorial changes have been introduced.
