Safety requirements for cableway installations designed to carry persons - Carriers - Part 2: Slipping resistance test for grips
This European Standard specifies the safety requirements applicable to carriers for cableway installations designed to carry persons. This standard is applicable to the various types of installations and takes into account their environment.
This Part describes the requirements to be met when testing the slipping resistance of grips clamped
- on the haulage or carrying hauling rope of carriers of monocable or bicable aerial ropeways with fixed or detachable grips, covered by 7.4 of Part 1 of this standard;
- on the towing rope of ski-tows with fixed grips, covered by 7.6.2 of Part 1 of this standard.
It does not apply to installations for the transportation of goods nor to inclined lifts.
Sicherheitsanforderungen für Seilbahnen für den Personenverkehr - Fahrzeuge - Teil 2: Klemmenabziehversuch
Diese Europäische Norm legt die Sicherheitsanforderungen für Fahrzeuge von Seilbahnen des Personenverkehrs fest. Dabei werden die verschiedenen Seilbahn und deren Umgebung berücksichtigt.
Der vorliegende Teil beschreibt die Anforderungen, die während der Abziehversuche von Klemmen
- an Zug- oder Förderseilen von Fahrzeugen bei Ein- oder Zweiseilbahnen mit festen oder kuppelbaren Klemmen gemäss der Ziffer 7.4;
- an Förderseilen von Schleppliften mit festen Klemmen nach Ziffer 7.6.2
des Teils 1 der vorliegenden Norm einzuhalten sind.
Sie gilt weder für die Seilbahnen des Güterverkehrs, noch für die Schrägaufzüge.

Cette norme européenne établit les prescriptions de sécurité s'appliquant aux véhicules des installations de transport a câbles destinées aux personnes. Elle s'applique aux différents systemes et tient compte de leur environnement.
La présente partie décrit les exigences a respecter lors des essais de résistance au glissement des attaches serrées :
- sur le câble tracteur ou porteur-tracteur des véhicules des téléphériques monocâbles ou bicâbles, avec attaches fixes ou découplables, traitées a l'article 7.4 de la partie 1 de la présente norme ;
- sur le câble de remorquage des téléskis avec attaches fixes, traitées a l'article 7.6.2 de la partie 1 de la présente norme.
Elle ne s'applique ni aux installations de transport a câbles destinées aux marchandises, ni aux ascenseurs inclinés.

EN 13796-2:2005 (E) 3 Foreword This European Standard (EN 13796-2:2005) has been prepared by Technical Committee CEN/TC 242 “Safety requirements for passenger transportation by rope”, the secretariat of which is held by AFNOR. This European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by November 2005, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by November 2005.
